Improve Forms Features
The current forms software is just not as inclusive as all of the others out there. Not being able to send a form separate from an appointment is very inconvenient. I have membership agreements and package agreements that aren't tied to specific appointments, but need to be filled out and kept in the clients profile. what is the point in having online forms if i have to keep separate forms for these things. it makes me want to cancel my forms subscription and use a seperate application. I should also be able to send a form to a designated ipad instead of having them stand at the front desk filling out information and holding up the line. not everyone can use their phone and some people need assistance with the entire process, so being able to take them to a private area and help them fill out personal information is sometimes needed. these things need to be fixed soon or i don't see any reason to keep this feature.

Sending to an iPad would be so great. We have a few handheld iPads for forms, but we have to open the duo app, go through the check in process, and then hand it to them to complete the form. Would be so much easier to click on the appointment, click "send form to" and then choose the iPad.
Also solves the problem of clients without phone numbers (minors, guests, etc)
