The amount Boulevard charges for text notifications is obscene. As much as we pay for this platform, it should be FREE. Text and email campaigns should be much cheaper as well. I would never have signed up if i had known this and as soon as my contract is up I will be switching to another platform bc this is a deal breaker.

the costs of texting is obscene. client confirmations are free on EVERY OTHER PLATFORM. I also pay 3x what i was paying with Vagaro. I shouldn't have to pay $200 a month to send and receive confirmations. its boarderline scamming

we absolutely need to be able to send any form at any time to a client or a designated ipad for them to fill out at any time. every other booking software has this feature. making someone fill out an entire form as they stand at the desk checking in is asinine. we have elderly clients that can not do it on a phone and we should be able to hand them an ipad so they can sit down and fill it out there or even help them fill it out and then hand it to them to sign. this is impossible at the front desk because some questions are personal and should be given privacy to answer. it borderlines on ableist.

clients that call and want a gift cert emailed is a signifiant portion of our gift card sales. they get mad when we can't offer that. this seems like such a simple fix... ALL the other booking services offer this... even square. please fix ASAP

why is this still waitlisted. this is simple change that would make using the platform so much easier. i shouldn't have to individually block out time for every employee just to be closed one day for training. it is tedious and time consuming. what is the issue????

this is a no brainer. how often do people buy gift cards for themselves?? put the gift card in their wallet so i can just add it to check out like a voucher. i can't believe it was never like this in the first place.

It should be a toggle on or off thing. people run their spas differently and that's ok. my employees and i agree to run specials and they agree to take their commission based on the sale price. there needs to be a choice if this feature is changed
This feature would bring in more clients that offer more aggressive services. would also be a great CYA for businesses.
