    This is needed so bad and again a key feature to a Medical organization as a Medspa and lacking in Boulevard. For a simple salon, a single post-service message may apply to all services, but not having post-service messages that can be customized to specific services is really lacking.

    This is really key. For our Medspa, we have rooms dedicated to certain staff. For Tox, Filler, etc., the staff have their designated room in which they customize and manage their inventory. The service is Tox, yet we have two service providers each with their own room. Without being able to link a resource (Ie, room) to the provider, there are booking complications.

    Sometimes I wonder why Boulevard is notated specifically as a Medspa managing platform while the structure is setup for salons.

    They are coming along. I hope they focus more on the medical side of things soon.

    This is huge given Boulevard is transitioning to a Medspa / Wellness aspect. Think of for instance all the scheduling resources get. Red light lamps, salt rooms, leg compression, recovery rooms, etc. All of these things don't have a "service provider", generally the front-desk admin simply walks the client to the resource and off they go.

    It's really a pain in the ass to have to create a service provider for each resource.
