PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP: its been a HUGE struggle for us, we need our service providers to receive notifications when a client reschedules immediately, it's been hurting our business without this!!

This already is available... the provider on their phone needs to give access in their settings/notifications then it will notify them!

This could be really useful for our team—a lot of estheticians ask where their client went, and there’s currently no way to track it or for them to know!

This is also an issue for our staff as well! We need notifications for reschedules and also when an appointment is moved to their name!

It would be great if staff were alerted when an appointment is rescheduled under the name AND if they can also receive alerts when an appointment has been moved to a different staff member! Currently there is not an alert for these two!!

There are DOZENS of submissions for notifications appointments are rescheduled but instead you keep working on features that help a small number of users or your working on “cursive on a form”

How has this not been fixed yet?! A notification to the staff/therapists when an appointment is rescheduled is a simple fix. We had a therapist not show up because she was unaware that an appointment was rescheduled to her calendar even though she had checked her schedule two hours before. This caused us to lose a new client and major embarrassment to the spa. This has to be dealt with ASAP.

As a business owner, I'd like the ability to get an email notification every time someone books an appointment whether is was online or via my front desk staff! I don't care if it is 1000 emails a day - just give me the ability to get an email on books, cancelations and reschedules.

Practitioners NEED to be notified via text and email when a client reschedules - not just if they cancel.
If a client is rescheduled, the practitioner should get a notification that:
- The original appointment was canceled.
- The new appointment booking.Currently notices only go out when the original appt is booked or completely canceled.
