Improve Duo - Reduce Constant Disconnect and Unlinking
Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected. With BLVD at least one of the connections goes down daily. Personally I would prefer a system that the duo is directly connected to a POS or iPad to prevent this constant errors.

omg DUO is the worst. I have never worked with an terminal as bad as this one. Ours malfunctions at minimum once per week. it is completely out of control, and disrupts the flow of our day greatly. Support has been less than helpful with troubleshooting and never provides a clear response on what the issue is. It can sometimes take 30+ minutes to troubleshoot the device and figure out what was causing the issue.
Please offer a different terminal that malfunctions less often!!

Agree. It is also very difficult to see if the Duo is even powered on. The power button is small and doesn't stay popped out when it's powered on. Thais would make it easier.

We have the same issues. We have implemented the unplug at night plug in during the day but always reboot/re-pair with every start of the day! Frustrating as the ipads are specific to the duo!

Agreed. We are having the same issues with our Duo. We've been instructed to leave unplugged for half the day which doesn't seem to help.
