This is pretty straightforward, but needs to be added. We need to be able to provide set reasons for cancellations, so staff can select from preset reasons from a dropdown. RV

I would love this ability as well. It would be nice if both Gift Cards and Account Credits you could limit to what service/product they're applicable to.

Just did a search for this very thing. We need the ability to modify the text being sent out for the rating. We're currently using Podium, as a work around, but I want to be able to point them in the direction of either our own landing page or to Google and Yelp.
