   Any update on this? This really is vital. Right now I’m having to run Zaps to Google Sheets on what I can pull and then downloading others I can’t run zaps for. This is a big time suck.

    Just did a search for this very thing. We need the ability to modify the text being sent out for the rating. We're currently using Podium, as a work around, but I want to be able to point them in the direction of either our own landing page or to Google and Yelp.

    This is pretty straightforward, but needs to be added. We need to be able to provide set reasons for cancellations, so staff can select from preset reasons from a dropdown. RV
