CLIENT'S NAME/DOB/TODAYS DATE PREFILLED ON FORMS
We have SOOOOOO MANY clients complaining that their name/dob/the date are not prefilled on forms in their chart. It makes no sense at all to make them do it every time-it literally can't be anyone else's form if it is in their chart! I have client's griping about daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I know this is not impossible to do, as other softwares have this feature and have for a long time. BLVD needs to get this done ASAP!
