Definitely we need this fix ASAP. the whole propose of this is showing the client the discount and real price to be paid. It's really uncomfortable to try to explain the customer this and disrupt the work flow entirely. please fix this ASAP. I don't think it should be that difficult.

I would like the ability to create an email that shows the post- care instruction after the customer finish their procedure and the ticket is closed. the post care email will be link to every procedure and send automatically.
