UPDATE BOOKING WIDGET
I just had another client come in and have to book in person because he couldn't figure out how to get a service out of the cart with the booking widget. People don't know to hit the service to get the button to remove the service. Also, the back arrow on the widget is sooooo small and in an area that people aren't looking. Please make it big and put in a spot where people can see it. PLEASE, please, please... update the booking widget! I would have lost that client if he didn't come in to book his appointment. That is ridiculous!

I have had many complaints about the booking widget. It is not user friendly. Also, why does someone have to go through a two part authentication before they even know if there is an appt available? There needs to be "remember me" on the two part authentication process like most system that use two part authentications. It is very aggravating to the client. Please wake up. Your #1 job is to make it easier for the client to book. Your so good at a lot of things. This should be your #1 focus.
