  1. Add a percentage to zooming in and out of photos instead of just (+) and (-). This can be critical to getting the same look for photos in a side by side comparison.

  3. Parter with a company that has existing hardware like Visia or or Aura and allow it to map to clients charts. This would be ground breaking + offer BLVD users in the medical realm or even esthetics to capitalize on client photos with a win/win situation for BLVD + said partner.

  6. As an LMT I have standard services, but each service can have different lengths. For instance Deep Tissue but it can be 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Relaxation Massage but it can be 60, 90 or 120 minutes. The way BLVD books now I can only have one standard appointment but to do a longer length I have to book the time as an add on. This creates a clunky experience and currently it looks like they have two appointment times and people sometimes are showing up for the "add-on" time rather than the beginning of their appointment, because the…

  8. In the booking overlay we do not currently have the ability to customize the order of option. Individual Appointment shows up at the top and Gift Cards shows up at the bottom.

    We get phone calls from clients every day who are attempting to purchase a gift card online, but instead are confusing themselves in the process of booking an individual appointment. If we were able to customize the order of these services, it would greatly cut down on customer confusion.

  10. The ability to set the "Scheduling rules" for booking and adjust based on day of the week. The goal being to allow clients to book same day on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays.

  12. We offer a wide variety of services and some of those are not bookable online due to the complexity of them. It would be helpful to add a button for services like this.
    Ex: Client is interested in a color correction. They must select in “call now” to set up the service. Or, client wants extensions but have no idea what application method they should choose. They don’t even know we have those offered as they are not bookable online since it may be a 1hr service or a 6 hour service and they may need to get a color…

  14. I just had another client come in and have to book in person because he couldn't figure out how to get a service out of the cart with the booking widget. People don't know to hit the service to get the button to remove the service. Also, the back arrow on the widget is sooooo small and in an area that people aren't looking. Please make it big and put in a spot where people can see it. PLEASE, please, please... update the booking widget! I would have lost that client if he didn't come in to book his appointment.…

  15. Since we provide aesthetic services and medical spa services. It would be helpful to turn off tip settings for specific services that it is not customary to tip on. For example laser hair removal or botox services. Having the check out screen bypass the tip setting for certain service would be help. A selection option on the service settings that says. "Turn off tipping for this services" would be helpful.

  16. Includes added functionality to managing consumable products on the client profile and better support exchanging of banked products. Additionally, include configurations to dictate if their banked amounts are visible on client portal

    I would like to be able to add prepaid product units directly to a client's wallet. There needs to be more ways to add credits with notes into a patient's account.

  17. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

    we had to checkout a $1000 account credit on the moms account and use the daughters card to do so. So now, I have no record that the gift card was purchased by her daughter, and…

  19. There needs to be a way to assign tasks to providers. If a provider needs their nurse or assistant to call in a medication for a pt, there should be a way to the provider to assign that task to the nurses profile.
