Front Desk Reports
I suggested notifications for the desk but it would also be nice for the front desk to be able to pull reports specific to their daily needs, that don't require them to have access to all reporting. We should be able to assign the reports to the front desk that we want them to see from all reporting options. They should be able to pull reports for any time period that show cancellations, online bookings, reschedules, form status, no-shows and cancellations fees. This would enable them to quickly access the clients that need action taken. It would also enable us as a business to look at any given month and see how many online sales we had, how many cancellations, how many no-shows etc.
