I wish commission reporting was based on the ticket price of the service, not the price after any discounts. I pay my employees the same amount whether I chose to run a special that month or not, and I don't dock their pay simply because we offer a military discount. So now I have to manually adjust commission percentages on printed reports in order to do payroll twice a month and it's extremely time consuming and leaves room for clerical error!

I wish the available/not available color coordinated blocks on the calendar were consistent from app to dashboard. In the app, available time is shown in white and unavailable time is grey. On the dashboard it's opposite and this is throwing all of my staff on during scheduling.

Please fix this!! Payroll is such a hassle having to manually correct the wrongly docked commissions on reports due to discounts and vouchers. This is not normal! Normal businesses don't expect employees to take less pay because the owner ran a discount! So time consuming twice a month and it leaves room for clerical error instead of having an easy service pay report that I could email my staff. Instead I have to print them alllll out and waste paper twice a month so I can manually correct all discounted appointments and then recalculate correct pay, for every employee, every time.... It's getting old
