Currently the email that is sent via BLVD requesting a review does us no good as the review is hidden from the public. In 3 short months we have 40+ 5 star reviews that will never be seen. I mand leave a second review and I feel bad asking. Could we please make that customizable so that each clinic can send their own specific link? Some may use Yelp, some may use Google. This would fix everything!

Creating customizable campaigns that are "triggered" by certain actions would be a great addition. For example, if a patient has not visited in X amount of days, we used to send out a 20% off coupon to get them back in the door. We could target different populations based on their lifetime spend, their age, sex etc. This is super helpful per se when we run a fathers day promotion etc.

The current set up for add on services is not functional for practices that have multiple disciplines such as RN, aestheticians etc. If we add "suggested add ons" during the booking process, it will not show any available providers if that specific provider does not offer the service. For example, when booking a laser hair removal, they will be prompted to add other complimentary services such as a facial. If the laser tech is not the one that also performs the facial, it will tell the client trying to book that we have no availability indefinitely. This is becoming a major issue as we are losing complimentary bookings that we used to receive frequently. Could it please be corrected to allow someone to book multiple treatments at one time with more than one provider?
