This is a business critical need for our studio. The lack of notification is having a lot of impact on my employees' ability to plan their day and to feel up to date on changes to their schedules.

It is ludicrous that this in not a thing. Please make it so ASAP! text notification of any schedule change should be something you can tailor to your practices needs.
