Customize Confirmation Text by Service
We would like to be able customize our confirmation and reminder text messages and emails by type of service. We need to get more info into our facial reminder/confirmation text messages such as not coming in with make up on and they need to reschedule if they have sunburn, cold sore, just had fillers or injectable face treatments.

We absolutely need this at our facility! In our case, we have follow up phone call appointments and in person appointments. With only one type of reminders, a lot of our clients get really confused (since not everyone reads the entire text). Many are afraid they will get charged the cancellation fee, which doesn't apply to the phone appointments.
