Client Reschedule Open Across Providers
Currently, clients can only reschedule their appointments with the provider they're currently booked with. This can severely limit the options they see and cause them to cancel instead. This is a big hinderance to retention/revenue, especially with a business not based in provider-request specific booking.

this has completely hurt my business and ni am not quite sure many other businesses are aware of this. When someone tries to rebook their appt online - despite the fact if they "chose" their provider or not (hose first available) it will not show them anyone else to book with. Clients are completely stuck on that appt to that provider, which is awful for patient options. if they need to get in that day, they should be able to choose someone else. To not even show any options other than that provider hurts the business retention abilities, makes rebooking such a pain for clients AND it looks like we aren't open or available if that provider only works part time!!
