  2. For monthly memberships we offer a few one-time complimentary services as part of the membership, and it was great that the free perk was automatically added as a voucher to their profile. However, the issue is that the system is currently adding the free perk every month, when it should only be applied once at the time of sign-up.

  4. Create a pending forms area (in the patient's forms and charts tab at the top) with pending forms and the ability to click "resend" and date sent.

  6. Allow staff specific notifications to go out to a staff member when they get a rating for an appointment they completed rather than just sending notifications to the location email

  9. I’m having a hard time seeing the details of appointments on the mobile app calendar view, especially when trying to quickly review service information. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a zoom in / zoom out feature within the calendar on the mobile app, allowing us to enlarge appointment details for easier viewing and navigation.

    I think this would make managing appointments on the go much more user-friendly for service-based businesses.

  11. After Entering their Allergies and Medications their client profile, Medications and Allergies should be more importantly displayed AND be able to be editied by provider or in the portal by the client.
    I know I change my supplements all the time, a lot of our clients do the same. It would be nice to have a mediations list and history of edits to look at when evaluating their health and skin.

  13. Separate permission settings so that certain staff can create products, but not edit, and deactivate them.
    We want to ensure that our team members cannot change product information (like sell price) or deactivate them at the location, but still have the capacity to support our general inventory processes.

  17. Class Management - This switch to Boulevard has almost completely killed our customer base when it comes to Classes. No one signs up anymore due to the difficulty and confusion of booking. We have loved most things about our switch over from Vagaro, but trying to offer all of our classes is somewhat of a nightmare.   20. I would like to have membership discounts optionally be applied to packages, too - - not just products and services only. For example, if I sell a package that include 3 sessions of a service, why would a member who gets a 15% discount on all products and services not be able to get the discount applied to that? Makes no sense. We should have the option to include anything we are "selling" as part of a membership perk.
