  1. Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!

  2. We NEED to update the gift card section of this booking software. It is near impossible to locate our clients' gift cards in our system. 9/10 times people are not buying gift cards for themselves, so it makes NO sense to only attach gift cards to the person who purchased them. We NEED a "To: " and "From:_" section, it also needs an expiration date column, because ours expire after 5 years and there is no way to tell on this system.   3. If setting a recurring appointment, Boulevard should flag if one of those upcoming times is unavailable.
    Example: We set a recurring appointment for 12 visits at 1PM on Thursdays. If there are 2 Thursdays that are unavailable at that time, the business should be notified and unable to book those times.
    This would increase the efficiency when booking recurring appointments and prevent double booking from occurring.   4. I checked myself out and I was NOT promoted to also leave a review on Google. The boulevard ratings NEED to sync with Google / yelp reviews. Surely there is a code. We have had sooooo many great ratings on boulevard, but none of them are leaving Google reviews

  6. I love that clients can see their available vouchers on the client portal as well as what their membership perks are. I would like them to also be able to see their account credit balance on the portal.

  7. Make it possible to send out automated instructions based on appointment type. For example, pre-appointment instructions for hair removal, and then post-appointment instructions telling them how to report any issues. Right now we have to hand them paper to give them written instructions, or send it by hand.

  9. Our office provides a lot of services, and we get a lot of calls for pricing. It's difficult to retrieve pricing from the master list of services because there is no search function.

  11. Unread messages stay at the top of the message list. When marketing texts go out, we lose all our current conversations in the message list. With thousands of marketing texts going out, we have to scroll back all the way to find the unread messages from current conversations.

When someone creates a new online profile(new client bookings) the system should notify provider(s) that they have a booking with a new client and then send the client an email confirmation that is more tailored to new clients (advertises add-ons that may be beneficial, links to first timer tips or the provider website).

  14. We would like the option to modify the text in the Review Request window. This will allow us to redirect our Clients to other platforms in which to leave a review. Such as our google profile.

    Currently, the review request redirects to boulevard and we would like an option to customize this.

  17. We need a report that will show how many specific treatments are booked out during a specific time frame. For example, knowing how many Halo lasers are booked in the next 3-6months helps us know how many Halo tips we need to order. Many treatments use specific disposable items and knowing how many to order and have on hand is crucial.

  18. It would be nice to add an "unread" option after opening a chat on text messages. Just as they have implemented on the iPhone. Opening and choosing "unread" with a simple swipe.

  20. The link requires the person to have a Google account. Also it does not take them to the correct place. This should be a link that goes directly to the review page. Please add this option!!! The only current option is to go to the place id for Google. Instead, this link should connect directly to the review page. This would also allow people without a Google email and account to go directly to the page. The way it is now it asks the person to sign into their Google account.
