  1. My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.

    Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.

  4. Rescheduled appointments need to be recorded and displayed in appointment history. Not just cancellations. If a client reschedules 10 times, it doesn't show anything. This is very pertinent information. From a booking standpoint, a reschedule is still a cancellation of that time slot.

  6. Nightly sales report via email. Each night you receive an email with how much you made for the day/weekend. This is what will be deposited into your bank account the following day(mon-thurs). The weekend will be sent out on Sunday night(fri-sun) Includes a list of the follow: clients name, date of service including tips. This includes gift cards sold. Gloss Genius has this feature and I loved it. Bummed its not here.

  7. If the client's appointment is already confirmed, the Forms Reminder email should look different than the confirmation email. Including the subject line, it all reads like another confirmation email so clients will ignore it because they think "I've already confirmed," often times they don't think to scroll down and see that forms are missing. At the very least, the subject line should indicate the difference.

  9. We need to be able to see the movement history of appointments. Original booking date & who booked it as well as any dates it was rescheduled/moved and who moved or rescheduled the appointment.

  13. When using the default appointment cancellation flow, and cancelling an appointment, the appointment still counts in the total Appointment Count metric and commission is still earned for the service that was not performed, if the cancellation discount is not 100% or is charged as a dollar amount. This causes commission to be paid out, despite the provider assigned the appointment not performing the service, potentially losing the business money.

  15. When building a form/chart.
    -First supply the text: title and options, then choose the format: multiple choice, dropdown, or checklist.
    -Copy & Paste- the copy should appear directly beside or below, NOT at the bottom of the document.

  17. Would love to offer a complimentary skin consultation add-on with our estheticians when a client books an injectable treatment. Right now this is not possible. Would be a great way to cross promote treatments.

  18. We have a large number of clients who request that we print out all of their future appointments when they come in for an appointment. Right now, we have to copy and past all of their appointments into word and print from there. This is the same for emailing appointments. In the client overview there should be an option to print or email.

  20. I would love to see an option in Boulevard that allows individual providers to generate and view reports on their own performance metrics. Having access to personal stats would help providers better understand their strengths, track progress, and set goals.

    Examples of metrics that would be helpful include:

    Personal sales totals (including retail and enhancements)

    Enhancement sales performance

    Rebooking rates

    Average tip percentage and/or average tip amount

    Average ticket value

    Client retention metrics

    Being able to filter these reports by date range (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) would be especially useful. This feature would empower providers to take ownership of their…
