  1. My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.

    Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.

  2. It would be helpful to send a form to a client at anytime without having a booking. When someone books for someone else, it takes time to cancel the booking, rebook under the other parties' name just to send the form.

  4. When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

  5. The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback

    It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

  6. Our medical director only has to sign off on 10% of our charts, but there is no way to only show 10% to sign off on. Would love to see this added as a feature for easier and faster medical director sign off.

  8. Unread messages stay at the top of the message list. When marketing texts go out, we lose all our current conversations in the message list. With thousands of marketing texts going out, we have to scroll back all the way to find the unread messages from current conversations.

  10. The current chart review process requires the Medical Director to open each individual patient profile, scroll to the chart section, and manually locate the note that needs review. This is inefficient and time-consuming.

    Requested Feature:
    1. Create a single-page dashboard where the Medical Director can see all charts that require review and signature without navigating into each patient’s profile.

    The dashboard should allow the Medical Director to:

    1. View every pending chart in one centralized list

    2. Open each chart directly from that page

    3. Sign off quickly without extra clicks or page navigation

    4. Optionally apply bulk review/sign-off actions

  13. Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!

  15. As a medical practice a patient's DOB is required. Please do the following;

    1) Require Birthdate when patients book online for the first time thereby automatically pulling it into their Client Profile,
    2) Change the Birthdate Forms field so it does not automatically default to "Today's Date" on the mini calendar selector (many patients are clicking on Today's Date accidentally),
    3) Add a field that automatically calculates the Age based on Birthdate

  16. When using the default appointment cancellation flow, and cancelling an appointment, the appointment still counts in the total Appointment Count metric and commission is still earned for the service that was not performed, if the cancellation discount is not 100% or is charged as a dollar amount. This causes commission to be paid out, despite the provider assigned the appointment not performing the service, potentially losing the business money.

  18. I would like to be able to give gift card discounts on a set amount. Right now i have a $50 off when purchasing a $150 gift card but in reality people can purchase a $50 gift card and be able to apply the discount.

We’d like the ability to block off an entire location’s availability for a specific date (or range of dates) — such as for holidays, weather closures, or staff events — without having to manually update each staff member’s schedule one by one. This would streamline scheduling for large teams and ensure consistency across the calendar and client-facing booking tools.
