  1. I love that customers can do a review in their follow up texts, but it would be even better if they had a link to give us a review on google. Otherwise, these reviews are only seen internally. I would like these great reviews to be seen by everyone.

  2. It would be great to have access to adjust an order after it's been completed. If it was finalized wrong, for example, missing a discount, it would be great to adjust the original order by "refunding" the first service/product, then adding it correctly and then finalizing again so that we are only adjusting the client's payment by the difference instead of refunding the entire thing, just to rebook and finalize again.

  3. I wish there was a way to 1) access the texts you have with clients on the desktop browser in the mobile app and 2) continue texting clients within the app from the businesses dedicated phone number instead of it pulling up your phone's text messaging app and using your personal phone number.

  7. When setting up an automated Reminder to Book campaign, we want to be able to filter the types of clients that the message is sent to - not just to all clients in our system. We have Botox clients that need to schedule 3-4 months out, compared to laser hair removal clients who need to come every 6-8 weeks or aesthetic clients who need to come in once a month. This feature is unusable if we are not able to target specific groups of clients.

  8. Adding a "Text-to-Pay" feature. This would enable staff to send clients a secure payment link via SMS at the end of their service. Clients could then complete their payment directly from their mobile devices, reducing in-person wait times and improving the overall experience. (Mangomint has this)

  14. We also need to be able to text our clients via the app as well. We keep everything in house and so in order to message thru boulevard we have to log into a browser, sign in, and then text via a tiny screen.

  15. It would be great to be able to shift appointments across the calendar (to change date, time, and/or service provider) but just clicking and holding onto it and moving it around.
    Having to open it up to change the edit appointment fields doesn't feel as intuitive for an app.

  16. Allow users to customize the time of day when scheduled email blasts are sent, rather than being fixed at 9 AM UTC. This enhancement would provide greater flexibility for businesses operating across different time zones and help optimize email campaign performance based on their target audience's peak engagement times.

    Current limitation: Email blasts can only be sent at 9 AM UTC, with no option to modify the send time. This restricts businesses from scheduling emails at optimal times for their specific market and audience.

  17. Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality

    There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

  19. At our office we book out the owner's VIP clients a year in advance and really NEED the capability to copy appointments. It's tedious and time wasting to have to book each thing, each month and re-edit the exact same things rather than being able to just copy an already booked appointment and paste it for the next time.
