appointment reminders
When we are setting same day appointment reminders for patients, we should be able to set it to two hours out from the appointment and not get locked into picking one singular time for all appointment reminders to go out (ie. 7a, 8a, 9a, etc). It would be more courteous to the patients who have appointments scheduled later in the day.

NEED a Custom support phone number! The help chat is so frustrating, takes way too long and is not enough support
For what we pay as Boulevard members I believe we deserve to have better custom support. The help chat feels like a joke with ridiculous wait times recently have been over an hour, last chat was close to 3 hours. I feel like there should be a way to schedule a call with tech support when we have something we need help on. I understand you guys thrive on "good tech" but you need a human element. We are all in Customer facing businesses and to be able to talk to a live person is invaluable!!!

Add client tag based on intake form response
There are some intake form questions that a business should easily be able to identify per client. For ex - if a client is asked whether they consent to their treatment photos to be shared on social media and they decline, it would be helpful to then add a related tag to the client profile.

We’ve found that when clients are asked to complete multiple forms, they often only finish one. This isn’t intentional—it’s usually the result of form fatigue and an overly complicated process.
A simpler solution would make it easy to combine multiple forms into one, add an existing form to another, or copy and move sections between forms. This would reduce repetition, make the experience easier for clients, and save time for staff.
Streamlining forms in this way would lead to higher completion rates, fewer follow-ups, and a smoother, more user-friendly experience overall.

Check out and redeem a package in the same order
A patient will sometimes buy a package and want to use the first item of the package the same day they buy it. currently, you have to do 2 individual orders to complete it. this makes it much more complex and takes extra time at checkout and can be confusing in the patient summary.

Create a report for cancellations and no shows
it'd be useful to be able to create a report or summary that shows the number of canceled appointments for a specific window of time, i.e. the number of no-show's for the month, late cancellations, etc.
right now, you can only look one day at a time through the cancellations button on the front desk view.

service updates
There should be a simple and efficient way to modify or update a service during guest checkout without needing to delete and recreate the entire service entry. Additionally, any changes made should not remove the corresponding block from the calendar view.

no show
If a client no-shows that should go against their attendance rate. It does not make any sense that if I charge a client a no-show fee it closes their appointment as attended.. That metric is completely obsolete if it is being tracked like this.

Dont save same credit card multiple times
The system should alert if the card being scanned is already on file. Sometimes client will have the same credit card saved multiple times on their profile.

Increase Gift Card Amounts
Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.
also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.
scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)
we had to checkout a $1000 account credit on the moms account and use the daughters card to do so. So now, I have no record that the gift card was purchased by her daughter, and…

edit auto confirmation texts
I HATE the auto confirmation and reminder messages and I want to be able to edit them fully. I hate that you guys charge so much for text messages, even when it doesn't cost you anything. I hate that it's 5 segments for one reminder text. So that's my feedback

Make Vouchers transferable.
We sell vouchers for individual services. When a person buys a voucher for a massage, but decides to gift it, it is a pain to void that voucher and then create a new voucher for the other person. It's messy and for members that are able to gift some of their membership vouchers as well.

AI Phone/Text Messaging Receptionist
To assist in the capture of leads and enhance client experience, it would be great to integrate an AI receptionist through Boulevard that can answer calls, field questions from leads/clients based on a knowledge database specific to the practice, and assist leads/clients with scheduling appointments -- much like Ring Central's AI receptionist service. The AI would have access to the client database, services, products etc., and would be able to text leads/clients that message through the Boulevard system, which will allow for immediate follow-ups to questions, concerns, or scheduling needs, leading to a better integrated and more complete client experience.…
