  4. When staff members need to communicate about clients via EMR. Or as task list for staff, for example doctor needs to message nurse about following up with a client in 2 weeks. The doctor puts that task in the EMR, and then in 2 weeks, that task pops up for the nurse to do.

  5. This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:

    • Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
    • Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
    • Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
    • Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information

  6. We have a large number of clients who request that we print out all of their future appointments when they come in for an appointment. Right now, we have to copy and past all of their appointments into word and print from there. This is the same for emailing appointments. In the client overview there should be an option to print or email.

  8. We sell vouchers for individual services. When a person buys a voucher for a massage, but decides to gift it, it is a pain to void that voucher and then create a new voucher for the other person. It's messy and for members that are able to gift some of their membership vouchers as well.

  11. Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!

I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. I need a report of all appointments being booked day by day to make sure that appointments have been entered appropriately, scheduled with right services. I can’t be going day by day to see who was booked and what services they did because I have new employees on training still and this is a new…

  17. We need the ability to send treatment consent forms over manually to patients without them needing to schedule a new appointment. In the forms and charts section, there should be the option to send treatment forms directly to a patient with an existing account.

  18. There needs to be a way to assign tasks to providers. If a provider needs their nurse or assistant to call in a medication for a pt, there should be a way to the provider to assign that task to the nurses profile.

  20. It's essential that we can customize booking priority when "first available" is selected by clients. The fact that there's no way for individual salons to pick which priority order their stylists are listed in is so frustrating for us as it's important to our stylists that we manage this properly. PLEASE FIX THIS!
