Total units/amount injected addition on Annotatable images
On annotatable images, I would like a "total amount injected box" that adds together the number of units or volume of substance that has been charted on the image. This function is available on other EMR platforms, so it must be something that could be developed. The value of having that box automatically populate the amount that has been charted, is that it prevents injection volumes form being omitted or forgotten on the treatment image, which keeps inventory and record keeping medically accurate.

PLEASE allow us to text/email customers their invoices through boulevard. this would be fantastic for those who see a product on social media, and they want to reserve and pay for their product ahead of time when limited stock.

I'd like to request a feature that lets providers open availability for only specific services on certain days, rather than opening the full menu of services for every block of time we're working.
Here's my use case. I work in two modes:In-person aesthetic days, where I provide injectables and other in-office aesthetic services.

UPDATE BOOKING WIDGET
I just had another client come in and have to book in person because he couldn't figure out how to get a service out of the cart with the booking widget. People don't know to hit the service to get the button to remove the service. Also, the back arrow on the widget is sooooo small and in an area that people aren't looking. Please make it big and put in a spot where people can see it. PLEASE, please, please... update the booking widget! I would have lost that client if he didn't come in to book his appointment.…

Auto assign staff to services
There should be a way to auto-toggle staff as assignable when creating new services. Or assign to specific roles.

Enhanced and Automated Loyalty Program Features
It would be ideal if Boulevard supported a loyalty platform or loyalty platform partner that can handle tier logic, automatic upgrades/downgrades, and communication without the need to fully custom-build it via Zapier or scripts.
The specific limitations that we'd like to see overcome are:
Tiers not supported: Boulevard’s built-in Loyalty Program is points-based only (earn/redeem). There’s no way to create tiered memberships (e.g., Silver/Gold/Platinum) that upgrade/downgrade based on spend or visit frequency.
Rolling windows unavailable: Boulevard doesn’t expose “spend in last 12 months” or “visits in last 90 days,” so we can’t calculate rolling thresholds natively.

Post-Appointment Messaging and Google Review Link
Allow businesses to customize post-appointment follow-up messaging and to link our review platform, like Google Reviews. Right now, the canned SMS/email only directs clients to rate their experience inside Boulevard. That does nothing to boost a business’s online presence.
I want to be able to insert my own google review link (or other platforms) and to customize my messaging to match our brand voice and marketing strategy.
Without this, Boulevard is limiting growth and keeping reviews locked in its own system instead of helping businesses build the visibility and reputation that actually drive new clients.

Ability to Collect Payment Info for Manually Booked Appointments
Currently, when appointments are booked manually (outside of online booking), there is no way to collect a client’s card on file without contacting them directly.
This creates extra administrative work and delays, and leaves bookings unprotected.
Suggested Solution:
Allow businesses to send clients a secure link via text or email to add a card on file for any appointment, regardless of how it was booked.Impact:

I would like to be able to give gift card discounts on a set amount. Right now i have a $50 off when purchasing a $150 gift card but in reality people can purchase a $50 gift card and be able to apply the discount.

I would love the ability to create packages that include both services and retail products as part of a single bundled offering.
Current Limitation:

Assign add-on to a different practitioner than who is performing the base service
Sometimes a client is booked for a service with an esthetician that has an add-on but the add-on needs to be performed by a nurse. It would be helpful to assign the add-on to the nurse so they can see it on their schedule. We have just been adding a time block to hold their time.

An email that gets sent to new clients after their first visit.
This email would thank them for choosing our salon with CTA to review and book their next appointment (if not already done). This email should also include their personalized referral link. This email should also include cross-promotions that are offered within the other departments in the salon. (e.g after a color appointment, skin or head spa services)
