  1. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

  2. I communicate with my clients primarily through direct texting on my cellphone. With my current system (Square), when a client texts me, their name appears from the booking, which gives me quick access to our past conversations and appointment history. I can also easily book their next appointment right from the text thread. Having to log in to an iPad or computer just to check and respond to client messages is not practical for my workflow.   4. Separate permission settings so that certain staff can create products, but not edit, and deactivate them.
    We want to ensure that our team members cannot change product information (like sell price) or deactivate them at the location, but still have the capacity to support our general inventory processes.

  6. The booking email used to include:

    "Free cancellation or modification before [date] [time]. After that, changes will result in a charge of [fee] of your appointment total."

    This is not only available in the the text messages now. Please turn this feature back on.

  9. If a client needs to move their appointment on the same day I would like a notification. I can't check the schedule while I'm in service so I would like a text notification. Technically they cancelled, but we do a courtesy for first time clients and don't charge so it ends up being rescheduled instead of cancelled.

  10. There's no notification that a client's card was declined when ran for their monthly membership, just flags their chart. So if you don't go looking for it, you'll never know their payment wasn't processed. If it notified us, we could reach out to the client sooner to update their card information.

  11. like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

  12. We need to submit forms to insurance companies sometimes, so it is imperative that we are able to cleanly print the ENTIRE notes - including any addendums made - without overlap or cutoff

  18. I currently operate with the idea that I am able to send forms to patients independent of appointments such as is the case with month to month follow up for telehealth weight management. I want to be able to send a patient a follow up form through their portal so that they can complete for review and is automatically tied to their chart. I was able to do this with my previous EHR which is a game changer for our practice. We do not have access to forms in any other capacity and so I am currently utilizing google forms…
