  2. Currently, when appointments are booked manually (outside of online booking), there is no way to collect a client’s card on file without contacting them directly.

    This creates extra administrative work and delays, and leaves bookings unprotected.

    Suggested Solution:
    Allow businesses to send clients a secure link via text or email to add a card on file for any appointment, regardless of how it was booked.

    Impact:
    Reduces admin time, improves efficiency, and helps protect against no-shows while creating a smoother client experience.

  4. PLEASE allow us to text/email customers their invoices through boulevard. this would be fantastic for those who see a product on social media, and they want to reserve and pay for their product ahead of time when limited stock.

  5. The tags are nice, but they are not visible until you click into the patients actual profile. It would be nice if the tag populated on the schedule, so it is obvious at a glance. Additionally, you cannot see a tag on the main client view/dashboard --you have to filter out by tags. Would be nice to see them there as well.

  7. Duo needs to be able to connect to Professional app/Ipad/Phone. It would be one less step. ALSO, if computer goes down the DUO is pointless!!! Vagaro lets you checkout on ANY device through the main app! So much more streamlined.

  8. I’d like the ability to create a drip-style membership program where clients automatically receive different vouchers, perks, or rewards on specific months of their membership. For example, one month might include a voucher for service A, while another month could include a voucher for service B. The goal is to have these benefits distributed automatically based on a set schedule, rather than all at once.

  10. It would be great to have more flexibility with vouchers for memberships. For example, if a client gets 1 Classic Facial every month as one of their membership perks, but they want to upgrade to a Hydrafacial, we should be able to book the HF and still apply the classic facial voucher to the service. So that way, whatever the balance is, that is all they would pay for. Finding a work around for this has been challenging and very time consuming.
    Additionally, it would be nice to offer a perk that is only good once, instead of monthly. For…

  11. I would love to see a waitlist number indicator on the dashboard that reflects ALL dates, not just the current date. I don't think about checking the waitlist because it says (0) so I automatically think there is no one on the waitlist. I have to go in and clear that filter for all waitlist clients to appear. If we are waiting until the day of a current waitlist client, it's too late. We stay booked up and day of openings are pretty rare.

  12. when creating a new service, it would be much easier to be able to select the forms or charts that need to be attached to it from that screen instead of going out of it, finding the forms/charts individually, and having to go into each one and select the new service.

  13. Customers email us frequently because they cannot join a waitlist because they cannot update their payment method. Customers should be able to easily update their payment method as it is needed in the booking flow so that they do not exit the booking process out of frustration.

  14. Similar to the recent update to FORMS, please allow CHARTS to expire after a certain period of time. This would be helpful for medspas where GFEs(Good Faith Exams) need to be redone every year. Thank you.

  16. We need alerts and notifications on the dashboard when appointments are canceled by clients (similar to the ones we receive for online bookings). Currently we are only receiving them via email or on the schedule cancellations dashboard but it doesn't pop up, we have to proactively check to find out.

  17. Self explanatory in question. You can put in compensation for everything other than what an employees hourly rate is even though they're on the clock. If they're on the clock, most likely they are receiving an hourly wage in addition to commission.

  18. Under Manage for location Manager should not automatically have access to modify business details and other staff detail settings. There should be an option to restrict this.

  19. It would be helpful if access to edit Forms & Charts could be controlled within the Manage Permissions section. Right now, this is only available in Settings, which prevents non-admin users from managing it.
