  1. It would be great if there could be a report that populates referral sources for clients. This would be a great tracking tool to see how effective SEO campaigns are.

  2. We’ve found that when clients are asked to complete multiple forms, they often only finish one. This isn’t intentional—it’s usually the result of form fatigue and an overly complicated process.

    A simpler solution would make it easy to combine multiple forms into one, add an existing form to another, or copy and move sections between forms. This would reduce repetition, make the experience easier for clients, and save time for staff.

    Streamlining forms in this way would lead to higher completion rates, fewer follow-ups, and a smoother, more user-friendly experience overall.

  3. The client search bar should locate the client list by any part of the phone number, ie by searching the last 4 digits of a phone number.

    Having to start with area code + prefix is far slower as salon locations are regional, thus the majority of clients share common area code + prefix.
    Searching via last 4 digits and confirming visually from the list should be possible and preferred.

    Searching gmail.com works for email, why not phone numbers?

  4. Business manager should be able to set notifications for ALL bookings, reschedule, and cancelations. I want to be text notified of all scheduling activity for the business. Not just my own schedule, but all employees.

  5. Being able to print a patient's schedule. We long schedule patients out for their treatment and you can't easily print or send an appointment list.

  7. When someone reschedules we never know and get confused when there is a gap on our app schedule, it should send a text message just like it would if someone canceled or booked.

  8. When setting up an automated Reminder to Book campaign, we want to be able to filter the types of clients that the message is sent to - not just to all clients in our system. We have Botox clients that need to schedule 3-4 months out, compared to laser hair removal clients who need to come every 6-8 weeks or aesthetic clients who need to come in once a month. This feature is unusable if we are not able to target specific groups of clients.

  9. We need a report where I can do future forecasting to know how many hours my staff is scheduled and out of those hours how many booked hours are scheduled with appointments. This helps us build their productivity/utilization.

  12. If a client no-shows that should go against their attendance rate. It does not make any sense that if I charge a client a no-show fee it closes their appointment as attended.. That metric is completely obsolete if it is being tracked like this.

  13. We have a lot of services so it would be great if the client can search for the service instead of having to find it one by one. Especially if they want more than one service in different categories. It's very important for a seamless client experience.

  14. It would be great if we were able to allow links in our automatic texting response during off hours. Prior to BLVD, we used google voice, and we would write something along the lines of "Thanks for reaching out, but the salon is currently closed, if you're looking to book an appointment, you can do so online at www.blvd.com..." This way, it will take the client messaging the salon directly to our booking link. We also included our R+Co affiliate link to generate online product sales as well.

  15. For current clients who currently have vouchers and packages, they should be able to bypass the booking fee online for their treatment rather than being charged for the deposit, as they already have the voucher to use.

  18. Look at Mangomint's booking widget. It is way better than Boulevards. I have been with you for 3.5 years and you have not upgraded it once. I have had many clients tell me that I should look for a new booking system because they gave up trying to book something on it. Please. If it doesn't happen soon, I am switching to Mangomint.
