Calender view
On the calendar view, it would be nice to be able to see if a client was checked in or if we are still expecting them. The "front desk" view is nice but then it doesn't really show who is late so we can call them.

Stylists need to receive text or email notifications whenever a client changes their appointment.
Add it onto the list of notifications that stylists are able to choose from. The only option now is if a client books a new appointment or cancels.

Ability to move columns, sort and filter when updating inventory rather than having to scroll to update each item

forms automatically send out forms that have been updated
It would be nice that if we update a form it automatically will trigger clients to fill out the new form at their next appointment. Right now the way the system is we have to either manually add for each appointment or have the form filled out every time for each client. Also if you make the form expire it should trigger to have clients fill out an updated form.

sms text charges
Most platforms don't charge for sms text-why are we charged exorbitant fees on top of the high price of this platform? This makes me consider leaving BVD. We are consistently getting messages to "send text blasts" to clients-it can cost hundreds of dollars. When will BVD address his? There have been so many posts about SMS text charges.

Price Increases automatically updating scheduled appointments
Every year we update service prices to go into effect on Jan 1. However, we book standing appointments for the new year prior to the increase. The prices should automatically update and apply to any future appointments.

Conflict alerts with standing appointments.
When scheduling a standing appointment for the year, we NEED to be able to preview the dates that are being booked. At the very least, there should be an alert for a conflict on any given day. Right now any standign appointment made will book on a holiday/day the business is closed/stylist isnt working or it will just book at the same time as an existing appointment.

Barcode scanning for product entry
Barcode scanning to add new products would be extremely helpful and would maintain consistency and help eliminate associate errors. Manual entry is not efficient and very time consuming especially when adding a new product line.

Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality
There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

Easily edit price for services
Too many clicks to make edits on services or products at checkout. The price field is already there. Should be able to click right in it rather than the three dots and dropdown menu.

DO NOT delete messages from a clients profile when their phone number changes
When a client changes their phone number , it erases ALL messages tied to that phone number. This is frustrating. Sometimes we refer back to past conversations for information, photos, etc.We are a med/spa office and rely on our system to keep track of all important info such as messages between client, Charting, etc. This would be the equivilent if all of a sudden medical carts went missing. Please fix this

display offset fee for all
Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.

Do not remove cancelled appointments from schedule
Currently cancelled appointments just go away. Instead, having them turn red or another color that signifies it was cancelled would help us.

Donating Gift Cards
I make gift card donations often to local organizations. In order to enter the gift card info, serial number and amount. The sale needs to be closed out and the only option I see is 'other'. For accounting purposes when a sales report is pulled, it looks like the gift card amount is charged, though no monies came into the drawer, as it's a donation. What is the best way to zero out the amount owed without changing the card amount at checkout? Maybe this can be an option or if you have a suggestion I'd love to learn more!

Connected Field: SMS Marketing Consent
Clients are asked if they consent to SMS marketing via online booking, however they could potentially also be asked in a new client intake form. This should also be able to update the consent within the client profile.

Allow users to customize the time of day when scheduled email blasts are sent, rather than being fixed at 9 AM UTC.
