keep typed messages that aren't sent yet
Typed messages to clients should stay in the message line even if they are not yet sent. Sometimes we get interrupted while typing a message to a client and have to leave that screen. The messages delete automatically and then we have to start over.

More features on the app.
Offer access to messages, client contact info. I like that it lets you message someome but it comes from your personal phone number and not the blvd texting number. Can't view their birthday or address on the app client profile. Just more features on the app like online has.

Group Booking
Group booking - instead of going back to the cart to "add more" the system should stop and alert them to select another appointment for the second person before moving to the next step. Currently it allows them to bypass it and go right to the calendar. We have so many guest that are confused on how to book groups or they think they booked their party when really, they only booked one person, leaving the front desk to call them. Automate booking for the waitlist
Have BLVD email or text automate links of openings to people on the waitlist to book, so we do not have to manually reach out each person on our waitlist.

Add "Client Rescheduled" to cancellation tab
Add the option to select "client rescheduled" when choosing cancellation reasons. Also, when a client does reschedule, it would be great if that was visible in their history.

Tips & Invoices
You should have the option to let the business owner modify which service only asks the patient for Gratuity after the appointment. Not all our services must require a tip. The option you have is to disable or enable it only.
Also kindly add a feature where we can create invoices and send it to our clients/patients. Especially if it pertains to unsettled appointments.

Forms should be reflected in the patient's account and can be seen every time and not having them fill it out every single time they visit
So we are just new to this software and we have few ideas that we think might help in improving your features.
As for the Forms & Charts, we created Intake Forms for our business and have it filled out by our patients as they check in. Those intake forms are very essential and must only be completed once. My idea would be to have all the completed forms reflect in the patient's account not just on the day they filled it out but in the future appointments as well.2 votes -

I’m writing with some consistent issues we’re seeing with the booking flow that are creating confusion for our clients and friction in booking.

Should be able to put in an hourly rate for compensation for employees in the time clock feature.
Self explanatory in question. You can put in compensation for everything other than what an employees hourly rate is even though they're on the clock. If they're on the clock, most likely they are receiving an hourly wage in addition to commission.

sms text charges
Most platforms don't charge for sms text-why are we charged exorbitant fees on top of the high price of this platform? This makes me consider leaving BVD. We are consistently getting messages to "send text blasts" to clients-it can cost hundreds of dollars. When will BVD address his? There have been so many posts about SMS text charges.

making it easier to flip through old charting so you can see patient history easily
Make it easier to see patient history, like how many units of botox they has previous appointments or maybe just a way to flip through the old charts instead of having to open and close each one... we need the system to be more user friendly and faster for busy schedules
