  1. Would like to have the option to manually adjust payroll. For example, we don't want our employees to be paid for a discounted service but instead the full service price.

  2. I HATE the auto confirmation and reminder messages and I want to be able to edit them fully. I hate that you guys charge so much for text messages, even when it doesn't cost you anything. I hate that it's 5 segments for one reminder text. So that's my feedback

  3. I am forever having to scroll and find where I left off when trying to bulk edit inventory or sales or anything. IT IS DRIVING ME BONKERS. I should be able to open the sale or product, make the edit, and return to exactly where I left off. Why in the world is this not a feature? Why am I using Boulevard? I can't send invoices, I can't bulk edit, I can't get inventory alerts, I can't bulk merge clients, I can't get a report on duplicate clients, and okay, I can't do all these things so I'll do them…

  5. We are looking for a more advanced charting and checkout system that creates a seamless transition between treatment consents, documentation, and patient checkout. Ideally, the system would allow treatment consents to link directly to the checkout process while also documenting the products used, including corresponding lot numbers and expiration dates. This information would automatically deduct products from inventory, allowing for more accurate tracking, traceability, and overall inventory management.

  6. Add Product, Service, Gift Card, Membership, and Voucher/Package Discounts to the sales summary report.

    Or Create a specific "Combined Report" for bookkeepers and accountants. A singe report showing: Income (Service, Membership & Product) (Business Cost of Product Sales), Discounts (as mentioned above), Refunds, Liability Income (Voucher/Packages, Gift Cards, Client Accounts), Redeemed Liability, and Tax Totals.

    Beyond the Sales Report as the added parts of the Combined Report would include, Payment Distribution, Product Sales, Service Sales Summary, Sales by Service Provider, etc.

    This would be very helpful, instead of pulling 3-6 different reports, just because we need 1 piece of information…

  7. Any appointments that are made directly on the calendar currently the system automatically overrides any double booking rules that may have been in place. This is completely insane that the double booking resource only works for online appointments booked as most practices book appointments over the phone as well as accept online bookings so it would only make complete sense that online and internal booked appointments can both be attached to the same service resource especially when there is only 1 machine.

  9. Currently, we have a membership option that gives discounts at time of check out. It a client purchases the membership at checkout, those discounts are not applied. It must be two transactions, which is not ideal due to fees. Ideally, the client could add on a membership at checkout and the discounts be automatically applied.

  10. When I start a help session I am first greeted by Billie. 9 out of 10 times Billie is not able to help me, and I get passed to a human agent. When I get passed to the human agent, I get to rate how my experience was with them, but not how my experience was with Billie.

    Often Billie is frustrating and not helpful and it takes me pulling my hair out to get to a human agent. I would like the option to provide that feedback as part of the survey at the end.

  11. It would be great to be able to shift appointments across the calendar (to change date, time, and/or service provider) but just clicking and holding onto it and moving it around.
    Having to open it up to change the edit appointment fields doesn't feel as intuitive for an app.

  12. When filtering sales transactions by date, if you go into details of transactions, you are currently unable to go back to your filtered list. Whenever a filter is applied, if the "back" button should take you back to your filtered list instead of starting over. Currently, if I want to review each transaction, I have to start over and re-apply the filter every single time.

  13. Stylist should be able to see only their reports in the app. The reports should also include more details. Stylist should be able to customize what they want to see in a report. It would be wonderful if the stylist could see their staff performance report in the app. Stylist who are independent/chair renters like to view this information at all times so it is hard on business owners to send out all the time.

  14. Right now there is no way to add more than one product to service. For example, when creating the Dermal Filler Service, the only way to add the type of filler done is by adding on an additional service. You can't track inventory that way. For something like Sculptra, there is only one option so you are able to add the product on and track inventory. For Filler or Wrinkle relaxers, there are several options to choose from

Right now, when a checkout routes to multiple merchant accounts (for example, a stylist with their own merchant account), Apple Pay and Google Pay are not supported, so the client has to switch to a different payment method mid-checkout. This creates an unprofessional experience and forces a second payment step, even though the sale is already split behind the scenes. Please add Apple Pay and Google Pay support for multi-merchant processing so clients can pay once with their preferred contactless method.

  17. One location for all authorized providers to be able to review any pending charts rather than having to go by 1 day at a time to review charts that need review. This allows multiple providers to help clear the list at any given time and a push notification to the providers that there is a chart waiting for review pending.

  19. As a medical practice a patient's DOB is required. Please do the following;

    1) Require Birthdate when patients book online for the first time thereby automatically pulling it into their Client Profile,
    2) Change the Birthdate Forms field so it does not automatically default to "Today's Date" on the mini calendar selector (many patients are clicking on Today's Date accidentally),
    3) Add a field that automatically calculates the Age based on Birthdate
