Bring back the chat pop up
Bring back the option to open a small chat window over top of the calendar when going into the client profile - this was apparently updated so that clicking the chat button on the top of the client profile takes you to the messages page, which is still in their profile. The biggest benefit of the old method of having it open a new, small chat window on the bottom of the screen, was that we could still multitask and check clients in and out while composing a message. The current flow makes that impossible, so that the chat cannot be completed without taking away from any other functionality or having to open multiple tabs. This is less functional with the update.

It's giving "we don't ask how our end-users actually use the system" and it shows
