In the past week:

The Duo checkout window had a visual update and rearranged where things are and how it acts

Both product editing screens had visual updates and changes to how they operate.

Neither of these updates were listed in the official changelog (which is really just marketing updates). I have, for years, asked for a true changelog that shows EVERY change to the software. We are paying lots of money and spending hours per day working with this software and we don't get the courtesy of knowing that our workflow is changing or even that it has changed.

Pretty much every other piece of software that I pay for has a robust change announcement system so I know what is coming and what to expect in any update.

Please please implement this. It is so frustrating to not know what is going to happen the next time you refresh the page, and it makes us look like we don't know what we are doing when our flow changes in the middle of the day in front of customers.
