A dedicated area for Past medical history, surgical history, family history, that can be updated, and carries over and autopopulates I just
We need an area where medical history, medications, allergies lives, and can be updated. It would be nice if they can autopopulate to each note, or you can elect to carry it over into each note. Med Spas are medical practices, and It is super important to have this. Zenoti, just did this and it actually looks really good. Perhaps check theirs out for inspiration. I am happy to help as I still have access to Zenoti for another month.
