IN general the wait list should be more ai, this is a great place to use a simple tool to let wait list folks know whats going on.

Even a system to show you the out of date ones to review and then remove them in bulk (we may want to reach out to capture some of them).

So we don't have to constantly scroll through waitlist and manually delete.
