    The ability to combine appointments into group appointments from the dashboard is critical to this as well. We have people that schedule over the phone for two people and then cancel one and we have to manually catch it as well.

    I would definitely do more electronic forms if I had an option to "send" a form to an iPad for a guest to complete at check in. Often they like to check in with a person rather than the iPad but wouldn't mind filling the form out electronically if given the option.
