Only viewing providers that perform a specific service
This would be for employees/front desk/managers looking at Boulevard as opposed to clients booking online. It would be useful to have a dropdown somewhere similar to how you can select a specific employee, but instead you can select a specific service. As an example, we're a massage studio so it would be useful when booking appointments to look at a particular day's schedule and only see LMTs that offer cupping, or hot stones, or prenatal, etc. We have a separate spreadsheet with this information but it would be a lot more convenient if it was embedded into the calendar view.

Report locked down so providers can ONLY see their own commissions reports
Commission reports are wide open for everyone to see, this needs to be locked down by user account so they can only see their own reports. The App reporting is only a summary, we need detail! Provider A should not be able to see Provider B and C's commisssions.

Currently the Client forms are difficult to complete on their phones. We have received feedback from several clients that it is hard to see and also to select drop down options.

"At Check-In with Duo" option for Forms should Restrict the form until check in
Within Form settings the option for "At Check -In with Duo" should restrict that Form from populating before the client checks in. We have a specific Form that we want the client to only fill out at the appointment and not before the appointment. If the client accesses their client portal to complete outstanding Forms, they can see, access, and complete all available Forms.

No phone number for check in
We have several clients whose minor children come in for appointments, and we need a way to check them in without using a phone number. We're currently using their parent's number, but then the parent's appointment reminders get confused

Enhanced Booking Interface Customization & Visual Branding Controls
We would love to see expanded customization options within Boulevard’s booking interface to better support brand-forward salons. The ability to apply custom brand colors throughout the booking flow—such as buttons, accents, and highlights—would help create a more cohesive experience between a salon’s website and its booking platform.
It would also be extremely valuable to allow service example photos within the booking process. Adding 1–3 reference images per service would help clients visually understand what they are booking, reduce incorrect bookings, and create a more intuitive, confidence-building experience—especially for visual services like installs, braids, silk presses, and treatments.

being able to label account credits so the staff can know what each part is for
To improve clarity and transparency for both staff and clients, each account credit in Boulevard (or any POS/accounting system) should be clearly labeled with a specific purpose or category. This ensures that all team members understand exactly what the credit was issued for, how it can be applied, and any limitations tied to it.
Key Details & Implementation Guidelines:
Purpose Labeling
Each credit should include a short title or label (e.g., Treatment Credit – Laser Hair Removal, Product Return Credit, Referral Bonus Credit, Event Raffle Credit, Membership Perk Credit).
Labels should be standardized so that all staff use the same…

membership perks
We need more membership perks ASAP
Most specifically, we need options like "buy X, get Y" without limitations of what can go in the blanks. Overall, we need more flexibility with what we are able to offer people, as we are quite limited on options

Privilege toggle to disable calendar sync (prevents PII leakage + strengthens access controls)
Boulevard lets any employee enable Google/iCloud calendar integration in My Settings. Even when a business restricts Boulevard access to a salon’s static IP, the calendar feed exports appointments with client full name + phone number to personal devices off-network—bypassing owner security settings.
Why implement: This is a high-impact, low-effort improvement that reduces privacy/liability risk, supports off-the-clock boundaries, and makes Boulevard easier to sell to security-minded multi-location operators.
Request: Add a Privilege Group toggle to disable external calendar integrations (and revoke existing feeds), or enforce redacted calendar details (first name + last initial / no phone / “Client Appointment”).

fix multiple choice option in forms
It is confusing when you are creating a form and your option for "multiple choice" (which should mean one OR MORE). Instead this needs to be listed as choose one (or something similar). I now have to re-do ALL forms.

When clients book inside of business confirmation period, the appointment should automatically be confirmed.
When clients book inside of business confirmation period, the appointment should automatically be confirmed. There's no reason for us to have to manually go in and have to confirm the appointment if it's within the 48 or 72-hour time frame.

Create a report for the number of canceled appointments or number of no-show appointments for a specific time window
We like to look at our appointment metrics for the week and/or month, and it would be helpful to be able to pull up the total number of canceled appointments or total number of no-show appointments so we can see the % of patients actually showing up vs # booked. Currently you have to count manually for each day under the cancelations tab on the calendar view.
