CREDIT CARD REQUIRED FOR SCHEDULING INTERNALLY
Please give us the option to require that staff collect credit card information prior to any service scheduled. Again, we are working hard at our small business just like those of you who started boulevard.
With this being said these types of ideas that we suggest NEED administrative level feedback.
We need to be able to require services scheduled on the backend have a credit card on file to minimize potential revenue loss. Workarounds are what I have started to tell other business owners what they are signing up for if they choose to work with this platform.

Break out New vs Returning client data in more reports
Would be beneficial to able to see more New vs Returning data in reports.
Examples:
1) Referral Sources Report shows New Clients and Returning Clients, but then aggregates all the data for the rest of the report. Being able to filter the rest of the data (total sales and services, etc) for just new clients and just returning clients would show salons just how much revenue is coming in from new clients during a time period.2) Staff Performance Report shows New and Returning clients, but then aggregates sales and prebook rates. Staff see personal time clock summary
It is recommended that staff be granted the ability to view their personal time clock summaries directly, rather than having to access through the reports.

We would like an option to require certain bookings be back to back. Depending on Provider or service. This way, no gaps are created in our schedule.

Appointment Copying
At our office we book out the owner's VIP clients a year in advance and really NEED the capability to copy appointments. It's tedious and time wasting to have to book each thing, each month and re-edit the exact same things rather than being able to just copy an already booked appointment and paste it for the next time.

Pull information from profile for intake form
When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

Be able to block off the schedule for certain services on certain days.
Be able to block off the schedule for certain services on certain days. For example: we have events on Thursdays and Fridays a couple times a month at a location other than our office that require appts. But we can't block our schedule for the day. People book other services than our event and we have to immediately reschedule because we won't be in person at the office. Does that make sense??

There needs to be a feature to mark clients as request or non-request. This is VITAL to have fair books and balancing the books to ensure all service providers have a fair shot of building their clientele. Our old booking system allowed us to mark each individual appointment as request or non request with a clear color on the appointment to make it visable. The only way to on boulevard is adding a color tag, which adds to every service the client books (not helpful if they're seeing multiple service providers on the same day)

text message confirmation
Our clients do not know that they need to go to the manage appointment to complete forms. Everyone that comes in, do not have their forms completed which is time consuming in the spa. I suggest putting a "complete paperwork" button above the manage button in the appointment confirmation text.

Pro App Metrics
It would be great to be able to see in the metric area of the app, a breakdown of each product sold and the price. To track income better as a commission stylist, and having a receptionist checking out guests.

Allow staff to send forms to patients independent of an appointment.
I currently operate with the idea that I am able to send forms to patients independent of appointments such as is the case with month to month follow up for telehealth weight management. I want to be able to send a patient a follow up form through their portal so that they can complete for review and is automatically tied to their chart. I was able to do this with my previous EHR which is a game changer for our practice. We do not have access to forms in any other capacity and so I am currently utilizing google forms…

Currently Lacking Enough Permission Control
Currently, it appears that the ability to edit products, SKUs, services, and related operational settings requires granting “Manage Business” access through the gear icon. The concern is that this also appears to give the user access to areas they should not necessarily control, including permission groups and staff privilege settings.
This creates an internal-control and security issue for businesses that need to delegate operational setup tasks without also delegating access-control authority.
A business may reasonably need a manager or operations staff member to:
- Create and edit products
- Add or edit SKUs
- Manage inventory-related product details
- Create and edit services
- Update…

Right now, it appears that the ability to edit products, SKUs, services, and other operational settings requires granting “Manage Business” access through the gear icon. The problem is that this also gives the staff member access to areas they should not control, including the ability to edit permission groups and potentially change their own or other users’ privileges.
For our practice, this creates a real internal-control and security issue. We need to delegate operational setup tasks to trusted managers — for example:
Creating and editing products
Adding or editing SKUs
Managing inventory-related product details
Creating and editing services

allow single session purchase without booking
Allow customers the option to purchase a single session without having to book an appointment. If there’s a sale and a customer wants to purchase a single session and use later they can’t. Boulevard forces an appointment for all services unless purchased as a package or membership.

4 day
It would be nice to have a 4 day view even when there are more than 6 staff members /resources available. It's hard to schedule out multiple days without this feature.

Increased accuracy documenting fine details
Allow for documentation of finer/thinner pencil lines. This will increase accuracy with documenting filler placement. The pencil lines now are very thick and it's hard to show details.
