Max wait time applicable to same provider
Currently, we can set up a max wait time for clients if we allow an extra gap between services.
For example, if a client want to book back to back services at 1:00pm and 1:30pm but we allow a 30 min wait time, online booking can show availability at 1pm even if the second service doesn't start until 2pm.
However, this currently only applies if the client is seeing two different providers for each service. It should be allowed if the client is seeing the same provider.
