  1. A page like the cancellations page that shows only rescheduled appointments. Often times a client will reschedule same day, close to their appointment time and I cant find who it was, like their name to see if it is a common re occurrence.

  5. For before and after photos, an app or a place in the app, so that we can take pictures and they automatically upload to the gallery with a ghosting app so the before and afters are perfect.

  6. Allowing multiple bookings, clients should be able to book multiple services and multiple technicians at the same time on the professional app. This is very common in the nail salon industry. For example, one client may get a pedicure and manicure at the same time, with one technician working on their toes and another technician working on their nails.

  7. I know there has been work on text notifications, but I would like to include more flexibility. Including adding at least 1 more notification about an upcoming appointment via text. I would also like the ability to push this text out 7 days prior to the appointment.

  8. I have just recently started using the text marketing feature. I have to be strategic with how often we use it due to cost. Currently it only tracks how many clients have "clicked the link" in the text message. Our clinic needs to know if those clients are actually booking an appointment through the link, not just clicking it. The ability is already there within the automated campaigns. It would be a beneficial update for the blast campaigns to show the same data.

  16. we have many different services that require different pre and post care instructions. for example, in the booking notification for a spray tan we want to tell them to wear specific clothing, for lashes we want to let them know to plan not to wash their face or shower. for extensions we want to let them know to take Tylenol bc their heads will be sore. on vagaro I was able to customize the client instructions based on what service they were getting

  18. Have a "completed" certificate to print out so you know your employees completed training. I can't trust people at their word that they actually completed the training.

  19. Providers should have the ability to view their own client ratings in Boulevard. Currently, only admins can see these, and enabling this feature for providers also grants access to other providers’ ratings and additional permissions, which isn’t ideal. It would be helpful if providers could receive an email notification whenever a client leaves them a rating, and if they could view all ratings left by clients directly within the client’s profile.
