Adjust the booking flow to require a designation of REQUEST vs NON-REQUEST. Currently not required to book the appointment and it's easily overlooked in the booking process. This is an important KPI that we are missing accurate data on because of this flawed process.

Enhanced Client Receipts for Treatment Transparency
Implement an updated receipt format that itemizes injectable services by including the exact number of units administered (for example, neurotoxin treatments).
Currently, clients frequently call requesting documentation of how many units they received. The only way we are able to provide this information is by taking a screenshot from the chart and emailing it manually, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

Phone or ipad locks
Please have the phone or ipad LOCK onto boulevard app when clients are checking in for their paperwork. Our office phones and ipads have other apps which can be confusing when clients are in midst of filling out paperwork if they accidentally move out of the Boulevard app. Other software do this by requiring staff user password to get out of the app once locked.

Ability to specify service for Automated Campaigns
This would allow businesses to differentiate their automated campaigns aimed at retaining clients by specifying audiences by service name / service type. For example, a haircut client should reminded to book sooner than a client who receives a keratin treatments. Similarly, clients who receive facials needs an earlier reminder to book than a client receiving neurotoxins.

I couldn’t find anything in Boulevard’s current documentation that lets you disable gratuity for specific providers
There’s no built‑in feature documented that lets you turn off gratuity just for one specific staff member (provider).

Check In - After Phone Number is Entered, Arrow Button should turn Green
When a customer is checking in and enters their phone number, the arrow button at the top should turn green, so that they don't move forward with entering their email address, as it begins to confuse the customer and trips them up, Every Single Time!!!

Download data to excel
I'd like to download services, client lists, and price lists to Excel. It would be much easier to see the bigger picture for yearly planning and price increases if I could view all the data on one page rather than opening each service individually for each stylist. It's tedious and a huge time suck.

If Boulevard is able to generate a notification when an online appointment is booked, it would be extremely helpful for the system to also generate a notification when an online product or membership is purchased.
Currently, our workflow requires manually reviewing daily sales each morning to determine whether any products or memberships were purchased overnight. This process is inefficient and creates opportunity for missed orders.
A notification pop-up in the Notifications area — similar to the online booking alert — would allow these purchases to be immediately visible to our team. Ideally, the notification could be marked as “read” once…
