We have tanning clients walk in/ check vouchers
When clients check in to be able to put in how many minutes/ vouchers they are going today, then we just have to check out on our side, When they put in their information pop up with what service they are there for, then how many minutes, and what they have left if possible?

Let us void/redeem more than one voucher at a time!
Vouchers are great for our tanning system but putting someone in to redeem 5 minutes=1 voucher if people go 20 we have to click it 4 times for every check out. and in the wallet tab to void w have to do it one at a time also. would be nice and so much easier to type in how many we want to void or redeem depending on the task.

Record seller for gift card sales
Ability to record which seller was responsible for selling a gift card to a client. Oftentimes a team member may push a gift card promotion and convince a client to purchase. This would be a way to report on those sales and recognize/reward sellers for their performance.

Ability to adding Credit Card on the Professional App.
I’d like the ability to add a client’s credit card information in the Professional app, similar to the Wallet tab on the dashboard. Since I’m not always at the front desk or the front desk is busy checking a client out, having this feature in the app would enable me to streamline appointment booking.

Clickable Reports (Click for more detail)
When you are looking at, for example, a summary report for sales, and it says there were 14 transactions, if you click on 14, it will open up the data behind that number so you can look at the actual line by line 14 transactions that made up that data.

Notification for same day changes
If a client needs to move their appointment on the same day I would like a notification. I can't check the schedule while I'm in service so I would like a text notification. Technically they cancelled, but we do a courtesy for first time clients and don't charge so it ends up being rescheduled instead of cancelled.

Add more Auto-Fill options for the "convert to field" in forms
It would be great if we could have more field auto populate and display on the overview page or as scheduling alerts. such as "Has an Allergy - see forms" or "Medical Alert - See forms" for important statuses such as pregnant/breastfeeding, or on antibiotics.

call log
Would like a detailed call history like on weave. On weave we are able to see who has called us with time & date, which employee picked up the call, if employee attempted to call patient with time & date even if pt picked up the call how long it lasted, etc. We are also able to roll over our phones with weave. We can create a voicemail that will play when we roll over phones like during events when it's busy we don't do phones.

Purchase Orders: Tax and Shipping Fields
Orders from vendors often contain tax/shipping charges. To align the exact amount charged on the order with the purchase order in Boulevard, it would be helpful to have these open fields available and reportable.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED FOR SCHEDULING INTERNALLY
Please give us the option to require that staff collect credit card information prior to any service scheduled. Again, we are working hard at our small business just like those of you who started boulevard.
With this being said these types of ideas that we suggest NEED administrative level feedback.
We need to be able to require services scheduled on the backend have a credit card on file to minimize potential revenue loss. Workarounds are what I have started to tell other business owners what they are signing up for if they choose to work with this platform.

Break out New vs Returning client data in more reports
Would be beneficial to able to see more New vs Returning data in reports.
Examples:
1) Referral Sources Report shows New Clients and Returning Clients, but then aggregates all the data for the rest of the report. Being able to filter the rest of the data (total sales and services, etc) for just new clients and just returning clients would show salons just how much revenue is coming in from new clients during a time period.2) Staff Performance Report shows New and Returning clients, but then aggregates sales and prebook rates.
