new client retention
Would love to see clearer reporting on New Client Metrics. This is such a crucial number to track. I don't appreciate having to pull 3 other reports to do my own math on a metric that seems easy to activate. There should be clear New Client Retention, and New Client Prebooking rates. I had both on other systems.
