Smaller Client Texting Window
When messaging guests, the small text box is no longer available. You now must open the guest’s full profile, which covers the entire page. This makes it harder to multitask at the front desk, since you have to close the profile to check the calendar, book or check out another guest, or handle an interruption. The smaller, minimizable text box was much more practical.
