  3. I would like you to add additional fields to the Reports. Specifically related to cancellations. It would be great to see # of No Shows, # of Cancellations and Reschedules so I can add them to the report I pull.

  4. Allows for clients to book an appointment where the processing time of their service can overlap with time blocks on a staff member's calendar, rather than only times with room for the processing time before or after the time block.

  5. Our team would love to have a same-day appointment reminder feature added to the booking system. In our previous software, whenever a client booked an appointment for the same day, the system would automatically send a same-day text or push notification as a reminder.

    Our staff does not want notifications for every appointment—only for same-day bookings. This selective option was extremely helpful because it reduced no-shows for last-minute appointments without overwhelming staff with unnecessary alerts.

    We are requesting the addition of a similar feature in our current system: an option that triggers an automatic reminder only for same-day appointments.

  8. From a client perspective, if I am a member/pay for a membership, I should be able to log in and have my own menu to book from so there is no confusion on pricing. By not specifying member pricing online, it causes confusion and unhappy surprises for new/non members if they book online.

  9. I am new to creating memberships. So far in my experience it seems that from a client perspective, if I am a member/pay for a membership, I should be able to log in to my portal and have my own menu to book from so there is no confusion on pricing. It seems to cause confusion allowing "non members" to book any service online.

  11. Reports should update immediately. I'm trying to run a commission report after updating some invoices and the chat told me it can take 2 hours to update the information. That's ridiculous! Updates should be in real time with a refresh

  13. We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
    Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
    Personalize service and care
    Ensure members receive their correct benefits
    Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
    Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
    Suggested Improvements:
    A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
    Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members
    Or the ability to toggle “Show Membership Status”…

  16. As a Co-Founder and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, I often review and sign off on forms completed by our estheticians at the direction of our Medical Director. Currently, because I also have sign-off privileges, any form I create does not have the option for the Medical Director to add their sign-off.

    To support compliance and clear documentation, we need:

    Dual/Hierarchical Sign-Off Functionality – The ability for the Medical Director to sign off on forms created by providers who themselves hold sign-off privileges. This ensures appropriate oversight and maintains a clear chain of responsibility.

What we really need is a way to ensure that, for specific services (like Botox, filler, microneedling, laser resurfacing, IPL, vitamin shots, mid-depth chemical peels, micro laser peel, dermaplaning, and sclerotherapy), a medical professional signs off that the client is medically cleared to receive treatment.

    We want this to be automated for the Medical Director to signoff on annually per patient.

  18. it would be nice if we can set an expiration date for chart notes like we can for forms. in the medical world we need to complete a good faith exam yearly and place standing orders. it would be nice if we can set the chart note to expire at a year and pop back in to their next appointment as a reminder for compliance. thanks!

  19. I think it would be beneficial for companies or providers to have access to messages through the mobile app instead of only on the desktop. That way providers are able to see messages when they are out of the office for rescheduling or conflicts or even confirmations.

  20. An option to export the upcoming appointments for a suspended employee to csv or excel would be helpful as we sometimes want this report rather than working exclusively through Boulevard.
