  1. This is a post to advocate for better mark up options on patient charts! The current markup options are pretty limited. It would be great to have more color choices, the ability to add text boxes directly onto markups, and the ability to link products to specific areas on the markup. Product linking is a game changer because it lets you track total units used across a chart and can even auto generate a suggested price based on what was applied.   2. We offer virtual consultations and exams, and we need to have appointment-specific reminder texts for these visits. Currently, our standard reminder text is being sent, which includes our office address and is causing confusion for patients. We would love the ability to have separate reminder texts for virtual appointments so patients are clearly informed that their visit will be conducted online.

  3. when patients arrive it will be nice to have all there information and previous visits and notes from last visit . A simple print out for each patient with this basic information and what there here for the day of.

  5. You should be able to customize which things show up in "Individual Appointments" and "Group Appointments" For instance, for something like couples massage I do not want to show up in individual appointments...but I can't customize that

  6. A guest with multiple appointments in one day should receive a confirmation with the start time of each service. This should also be true for "guest" and "guest of this guest". This has caused MAJOR issues for guests who think they have their appointments booked a certain way, and then are shocked when they arrive to the spa.

  8. We need more membership perks ASAP

    Most specifically, we need options like "buy X, get Y" without limitations of what can go in the blanks. Overall, we need more flexibility with what we are able to offer people, as we are quite limited on options

  11. On mobile, the booking flow becomes unclear when a service includes add-ons or required options.

    It isn’t obvious that guests need to scroll to select required options. The top banner remains fixed and takes up a significant portion of the screen, which makes the scrollable area very small and easy to miss.

    If a guest doesn’t scroll, required selections and related error messages aren’t visible. When they tap “Select Professional” or try to move forward, nothing appears to happen, which can feel broken or unresponsive rather than instructional.

    This creates confusion and friction in the booking experience and likely contributes…

  12. Currently you can only select staff in the "provider was or provider was not" audience filter if you are in the assigned location for that staff in the dashboard. Since the client list is central and not location specific the filters should be the same so I don't have to toggle between locations to build staff based audiences.

  13. Ability to have coded receipts or super bills. This would allow me to input CPT codes, EIN number, etc. that is needed for patients to get reimbursement from their insurance companies. They submit these super bills to insurance. It's a big hassle not to have this feature.

Currently, if an appointment is scheduled on one provider, and it is moved to another provider, the new provider does not receive any notification that they have just received a new appointment on their calendar. This can cause a huge risk because if the provider is not notified they have a new booking ON THEIR CALENDAR, regardless if it was already booked for the business, that provider may not know to come in for the service. There should not be a "work around" that providers need to be constantly checking their schedules throughout their day, most people working in this…

  15. There should be a "view and edit" permission for other's appointments instead of just "view, edit, and create" so that staff can take appointments to checkout and modify as needed but cannot create new appointments for others.

  19. I think it would be super helpful if Boulevard had direct shareable links for booking categories/services.

    For example, instead of only sharing the main booking site link and having clients click through each category themselves, it would be amazing if we could directly send a client to a specific category like facials, laser hair removal, injectables, etc. especially through email or SMS.

    I think it would make the booking experience much smoother and quicker for clients looking for specific services. Just wanted to share the idea in case it’s something your team may consider in the future!
