  3. It would be nice that if we update a form it automatically will trigger clients to fill out the new form at their next appointment. Right now the way the system is we have to either manually add for each appointment or have the form filled out every time for each client. Also if you make the form expire it should trigger to have clients fill out an updated form.

  5. There is a problem with one of the new rollout features, the appointment scheduling window. The system should prevent the select time button on the schedule from being pressed more than once. There is a delay now, since the new feature is searching the entire database for the client. The new feature was intended to solve the problem of multiple profiles, but it created a bigger issue. Since there is no indication that the system is searching the database, people repeatedly hit the button, creating multiple booking instances.   6. Many aesthetic & medical practices using Boulevard also use external inventory management systems such as FlexScanMD for injectable, consumable, and lot/expiration tracking.

    An integration between Boulevard and FlexScanMD would significantly improve workflow efficiency by allowing:
    - injectable usage syncing
    - lot number tracking
    - consumable depletion
    - inventory accountability tied to patient encounters

    This would reduce duplicate data entry between systems and improve operational accuracy for med spas and medical aesthetic practices using Boulevard as their primary scheduling/EHR/POS platform.

  9. Have an AI integrated for business management purposes. I am thinking a way to conversationally take care of tasks that sometimes take quite a while to set up manually like:

    "change Suzie's schedule to start at 3:00 instead of 3:30 for every Thursday for June, July and August, also put in a 30 minute break wherever it fits after 5:00"

    or

    "Update Bill's service timing to add a 15 minute transition time to every service he is currently open for except services that are only 15 minutes long"

  10. Barcode scanning to add new products would be extremely helpful and would maintain consistency and help eliminate associate errors. Manual entry is not efficient and very time consuming especially when adding a new product line.

  11. When I look at transactions, I cannot tell which employee checked out a client I need to go pull reports. Make this information easily visible so I can address mistakes with the appropriate employee.

  12. In the of overview tab, there should be a place where the clients overall life-term spend is (even if it's only visible to certain staff). This would be helpful in terms of giving priority appointments, etc.

  14. Booking a service which requires a resource, the appointment shows long name beginning with resource. In this case the Client/service name is the important data and the resource is a background requirement. The Client/service name should come first or omit the resource name from the appointment.

  15. Gift card sales are counted as income when the gift card is sold. When the client redeems the gift card, it is NOT counted as income again — it is only a form of payment. This needs to be corrected in the reports and summaries. It makes it look like the gift card was purchased again as a sale.

  16. Add automatic flag or reminder notification if a chart has not been completed by the end of the day. Sometimes i get so busy with my day , I assume I documented all patients but some slip through and i miss it. I know someone posted this idea in 2023,but we are in 2026 and no option has been added.

  17. We have open carts where people owe us for products/services but slipped out the door because the desk was busy. I am now taking the info from open carts, typing it into a Work document template and mailing the statements. Having the ability to track open carts and create/send invoices would be a game changer for Boulevard and simplify out lives!

  18. This would be the ability for a business to create a set list of membership cancellation reasons that are required for a client to submit when requesting to cancel their membership. These reasons would also be reportable to help identify trends and inform win-back campaigns.

  19. Autofill patient/client names and date of Birth on Forms they must sign, just like it is autofilled on charts. Many clients complain that filling out their names and DOB over and over again on multiple forms is time consuming and annoying.
