Crew booking calendar: book teams, not chairs, for field services
Boulevard books appointments beautifully for salons, but field services need the same calendar shaped differently: teams, trucks and time windows instead of chairs.
A crew calendar that books an inspection or a repair by crew and truck, with travel time between jobs built in, would cut double-bookings overnight. A roofing waukegan office booking the week's inspections and repairs by crew would see the whole season at a glance.
Recurring maintenance visits and weather holds could sit on the same calendar.
