  2. We will be offering some wellness options that would require multiple bookings for the same service at the same time. Example: sound bath and yoga. This would also be helpful for some events that we host and we will be able to better manage the bookings, pay and reminders if Boulevard had this option.

  4. We offer "Couples Memberships" where each person can share the same benefits. Currently the system only supports shared vouchers and not a shared offer code. It is only applied to the purchaser and not the "Shared" guest. It would be extremely helpful if sharing the offer code could be applied to "Shared" person so they also receive the member benefits without having to manually discount the 2nd person.

  5. when clients want a copy of all previous payments, they come to us, and the onyl option we have for that is to print off every receipt and fax it to them. emailing receipts is not always the best option for the client. a way to bulk print or see bulk payments would be great.

  6. Clients are confused when their 60 minute massage appointment says it will be 75 minutes long (due to time to get into room, change, get up and out, etc..). It would be great if we could edit the time that is shown on appointment confirmations so they are not confused!

  8. I’d like the ability to add a client’s credit card information in the Professional app, similar to the Wallet tab on the dashboard. Since I’m not always at the front desk or the front desk is busy checking a client out, having this feature in the app would enable me to streamline appointment booking.

  9. It would be really helpful if sticky notes or chart alerts could pop up automatically when opening a patient profile or appointment.

    For example, if a patient has an important note like “Allergic to numbing cream”, “Patient frequently passes out" or “Red flag patient”, it would be ideal for that information to appear immediately rather than relying solely on tags or digging into the patient record.

    Tags are great for categorization, but pop-up notes would ensure that urgent or safety-related information is seen right away by anyone working with that patient.

  11. Can you create something on a client profile where we can set reminders to reach out to the client in 3 mons 6 mons etc. to follow up. Something that will pop up the day we set it for to reminder us to reach out. It would be really helpful.

  12. It would be great to have a place in the app where all of the patient's data was visible in one place, including Name, DOB (and current calculated age), address, contact information. It's in the desktop version, but not the app.

  13. All service categories and service names are shown to the client as they are created in the dashboard, but it would be great to have an internal service name field to be able to make certain distinctions between similar service that are not client facing.

  14. When a new client calls to schedule and a profile is created for them, it automatically opts them out of text marketing. There should be an option for the appointment to be "set" but the client has to complete the rest of their profile. Leaving them opted in for messages in the beginning.

  16. When you are looking at, for example, a summary report for sales, and it says there were 14 transactions, if you click on 14, it will open up the data behind that number so you can look at the actual line by line 14 transactions that made up that data.

  19. Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

  20. Please update the Service Commission report so that summaries are pulled based on the time of check out / time of payment. This will ensure the report is displayed in true chronological order, reflecting when transactions are actually completed.
