  1. I would love to see a waitlist number indicator on the dashboard that reflects ALL dates, not just the current date. I don't think about checking the waitlist because it says (0) so I automatically think there is no one on the waitlist. I have to go in and clear that filter for all waitlist clients to appear. If we are waiting until the day of a current waitlist client, it's too late. We stay booked up and day of openings are pretty rare.

  2. when creating a new service, it would be much easier to be able to select the forms or charts that need to be attached to it from that screen instead of going out of it, finding the forms/charts individually, and having to go into each one and select the new service.

  4. When a group appointment is booked for two guests only one appointment confirmation/reminder is sent. It should be sent for all guests in the group.

  5. When a purchase order is created, We need to be able to edit it for an accidental entry when it was created that can be made without voiding the entire thing.

  7. We need alerts and notifications on the dashboard when appointments are canceled by clients (similar to the ones we receive for online bookings). Currently we are only receiving them via email or on the schedule cancellations dashboard but it doesn't pop up, we have to proactively check to find out.

  8. Self explanatory - Many places pay a flat rate per procedure for commission versus a % - i.e. hourly + $25 per hydrafacial etc.

  9. Hello,

    I have already brought this up in the past and I am not sure if there is any updates on this matter. But I would really like the reviews that are 4 stars or more go directly to google as this is what my old software did. I do not really care about them going on our boulevard site. It does not benefit us like google does.

  10. Under Manage for location Manager should not automatically have access to modify business details and other staff detail settings. There should be an option to restrict this.

  11. It would be helpful if access to edit Forms & Charts could be controlled within the Manage Permissions section. Right now, this is only available in Settings, which prevents non-admin users from managing it.

  15. Reducing duplicates by requiring both email and phone number for online booking. People use different email addresses (work email or personal) to book online. If a person uses an email address that's not been used before it will create a new client ID. Online booking should require both email and phone number, this way the phone number would still match an account in the database and not create a new client ID.

  16. Currently new patients are encouraged to schedule a NP visit when they are a new patient as a good faith exam. Many miss this step and do not complete this prior to their visit since they have to go into a different location and book the visit in a completely separate transaction within the booking flow due to there being a separate exam location.

  17. We utilize both Google and Meta ads but do not have an easy way to determine if our paid ads are actually working with booked customers. We need an easy way to integrate with Google and Meta to verify this data accurately

  18. On the calendar view, it would be nice to be able to see if a client was checked in or if we are still expecting them. The "front desk" view is nice but then it doesn't really show who is late so we can call them.

Some clients specifically older ones dont know or want to go onto their online profile... like they probably dont even know they have one. they also dont have an email on file so they wont receive any appointment notifications or forms via text... They should receive this via text. I understand not pushing marketing to them but office notifications/forms and charts/appointment reminders should be sent

  20. I would love to have an Accts Receivable system. We do some in-house financing and this would be very helpful...
    It would also enable us to carry a Receivable for a late cnx/no show client.
