Prioritize Practitioner
We have multiple practitioners for the same service, and would like to be able to prioritize one (setting the other to be booked only after the first one is 'unavailable').

Display Membership Status on Calendar Appointments
We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
Personalize service and care
Ensure members receive their correct benefits
Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
Suggested Improvements:
A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members

Put the employee's name who checked out a client visibly in the system so I don't have to dig for it - when an error is made I want to easil
When I look at transactions, I cannot tell which employee checked out a client I need to go pull reports. Make this information easily visible so I can address mistakes with the appropriate employee.

a summary of the overall spending of a client on their profile
In the of overview tab, there should be a place where the clients overall life-term spend is (even if it's only visible to certain staff). This would be helpful in terms of giving priority appointments, etc.

Idea: Allow the ability to update pricing on existing memberships without having to create a new one each time.
Description:
Currently, updating the price of a membership requires creating a brand new membership plan. It would be much more efficient if we could simply modify the pricing of existing memberships. This would save time, reduce errors, and streamline membership management.7 votes -

Alert when Booking Online
Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

Card Decline Notification for Memberships
There's no notification that a client's card was declined when ran for their monthly membership, just flags their chart. So if you don't go looking for it, you'll never know their payment wasn't processed. If it notified us, we could reach out to the client sooner to update their card information.

Mobile Texting Capabilities Needed in Professional App
I communicate with my clients primarily through direct texting on my cellphone. With my current system (Square), when a client texts me, their name appears from the booking, which gives me quick access to our past conversations and appointment history. I can also easily book their next appointment right from the text thread. Having to log in to an iPad or computer just to check and respond to client messages is not practical for my workflow. Duplicate Client Report
A report that pulls all the clients that have duplicate accounts so we can easily merge them without having to stumble upon their multiple accounts or search the client list to see duplicates

incomplete charts search
Could you add more search criteria to search for charts that are in progress and have not been completed? As in a date range and by service staff so it's easy to identify incomplete charts for a range of dates and not by one day only and to filter by staff member.

Internal Only Form or Expiration on Charts
It would be extremely helpful to have internal-only forms — ones that are not visible to clients — so we can set up documents like medical authorizations with a built-in annual expiration date. Alternatively, if it's easier, enhancing the current chart functionality to include an optional expiration setting would allow us to manage these internal forms more effectively without exposing them to clients.

As a Laser business, we have multiple tools that connect to the same machine. Some services need multiple attachments and some don't. Some services could be done one one machine OR another and if both are connected to the services both are required. I need the option to select and/or logic to resources to be able to control my schedule better. Right now some services cannot be booked online due to the limitations of your resources feature. Please add more functionality to make it easier to manage the schedule.

Create an automated marketing campaign for canceled appointments. Client receives a text and or email prompting them to reschedule their appointment after canceling.

appointment change history
like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

Repeat Lunches
I like the way you can set up schedules for team in boulevard but something that could make it better would be to have a lunch section in the scheduler. Right now having to set up to repeat is not very efficient.

Concerning membership renewal, please add an option to renew every 28 days instead of monthly on the start date.
We have clients who come weekly for weight loss injections as part of a membership program. We need to renew every 28 days, not "monthly on the start date". Due to calendar cycles, this is causing a lapse in coverage. Would it be possible to add this option to the renewal period?

Have product managers and engineers shadow customers
It seems like product managers and engineers are a little out of touch with how people are using the software. A day of shadowing a customer would probably open their eyes to some of the rougher edges of the software.
Many of the "feature requests" on here could almost be categorized as bugs. They aren't the software not working as designed, but they are the software not working as expected by users.

Multi level filter in clients tab
Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.
Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.
t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.
