  1. We should have an internal change log to show who and when service details have been updated. Sometimes our service details revert and change and our team is unable to tell who's updated what and when.

  3. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.

  4. Enable business usage as a payment type so that we can 1) pull product from inventory, and 2) calculate sales tax owed on products used. This would be applicable for supplements, back bar skincare items, etc. so that use tax can be calculated automatically without inflating sales numbers.

  6. Make customer service available by phone 24/7! We pay $300 (at least I do) to not be able to call and get some questions answered is a little crazy. I wanted to open a new account for a new location and I have to wait 4 days to speak with someone? My schedule changed and I missed the scheduled call. Now I have to wait until next week? I have a report I have to pull up that just won't show me accuracy. It means I have some settings on wrong so now I have to type out my issue…

  15. when a guest books online it should ask for phone number or email and it will show if that guest already has an existing profile, so as not to create multiple accounts in database. there for saving all info and confusion

  17. Sometimes we need to send patients consents without them needing an appointment like membership consents or photo releases etc, however, there is no way to send consents to fill out without an upcoming appointment.

  18. It would be nice if the Duo would allow the client to enter their tip amount and that figure would import to the check-out screen on the dashboard. It can be awkward for the receptionist and for the client to have to discuss the tip amount when they are paying cash.

  19. Why is there no way to send forms digitally?! My clients are not receiving there forms via email, and our for fill out went from 75% to practically 0. This is very frustrating considering every other system I have worked with has this option. This is a necessity to protect our businesses and not having this done before the client arrives wastes time.

  20. It is much needed that the free text in the paragraph charting to maintain the format it was written in when sending to print or downloading to send. All of the enter/returned lined merge together. It is imperative for our medical charts to have the enters/returns as it was written by the provider when downloading or printing.
