Make customer service available by phone 24/7! We pay $300 (at least I do) to not be able to call and get some questions answered is a little crazy. I wanted to open a new account for a new location and I have to wait 4 days to speak with someone? My schedule changed and I missed the scheduled call. Now I have to wait until next week? I have a report I have to pull up that just won't show me accuracy. It means I have some settings on wrong so now I have to type out my issue and wait for a response, while I'm working and moving around so I come back 40 minutes later to a response that does not answer my question. To then clarify to then walk away and wait 15 minutes for a response because I didn't reply back on time. Now 3 hours have passed and I still can't get my report. It is not the staffs fault but now I'm frustrated. Now I'm in a rush and I have to type out my reformed question AGAIN. Rushing then produces typos and now the staff is frustrated. We pay $300+ a month. Square charges $60. Mangomint $200. I mean why can't we just get on the phone?
