  1. it would be nice if we can set an expiration date for chart notes like we can for forms. in the medical world we need to complete a good faith exam yearly and place standing orders. it would be nice if we can set the chart note to expire at a year and pop back in to their next appointment as a reminder for compliance. thanks!

  3. Currently, the scheduling rule that allows clients to book late minute appointments are set at the brand level. Business would like the ability to set this per location since some locations want to allow clients to book up to 1 hour before appt time and another location at least 24 hours before the appt time.

  6. Automated internal prompts for staff based on specific parameters set by the business for client outreach/clienteling.

    Ex. Staff (Manager or Provider) receive a prompt that "These 5 clients were at your studio two weeks ago but haven't returned" or "These 10 clients bought X product", etc.

  7. Allow users to customize the time of day when scheduled email blasts are sent, rather than being fixed at 9 AM UTC. This enhancement would provide greater flexibility for businesses operating across different time zones and help optimize email campaign performance based on their target audience's peak engagement times.

  8. Currently you can only see account credits for a PT under wallet. It would be helpful to see all account credits on the main profile page. It also does not show up at checkout for a PT. Have account credits and GC amounts visible through the PT profile tabs.

  9. online booking exact dollar amounts instead of percentages. When we set up online booking deposits, we can only do a percentage. Our business charges exact dollar amounts like $77, $99, etc.

  10. I know everyone is on the AI hype wagon. I am not against AI, but I would love to see work on some suggestions that have been hanging out for over 5 years (turning off tips per provider/service, moving forms between clients, etc...)

    It seems like Boulevard is focused on the next big thing all the time and losing track of what made you special: excellent scheduling and a feature rich experience for a variety of salons and spas.

    Please take like one month and focus on some of this low hanging fruit, then go chase whatever AI dreams you…

I would love if there was a native way for the system to give the option for stylist to receive full commission when doing an offer (the business takes on the cost of the discount) I know there is a work around for this (closing the discounted amount to other and then deleting the offer) but that kind of defeats the purpose if its a 1 time offer we'd like to track.

  13. It would be beneficial if we were able to adjust a ticket after it has already been closed out. With my previous software, I was able to change providers, services and break up a service if two employees worked on the same person for one service.

  14. I would like a report where I can see how many clients rebooked at the time of visit and what staff member rebooked them. Having this reporting data would make it easier to offer commission on rebooking and incentivize the front desk to get every client rebooked thus directly increasing business sales through future appointments booked.

  15. A setting for the tip to only be calculated from the total of the service and not include percentage of products sold. This way it is only suggesting a tip amount for the total of the service and not the skincare products that were added.

  18. it would be nice if clients could see forms form a previous appointment. For example we have pre/post care instructions that the client has to sign at the appointment, it would be nice for then to be bale to review it later. or even it it was a form we could manually email or text prior to or after the appointment.

Boulevard currently does not offer a native dynamic pricing feature that allows services to automatically adjust based on demand, such as discounting slower days or applying higher pricing during peak times, weekends, or holidays. Introducing variable pricing rules based on day, time, or date range would allow salons to manage demand more strategically without duplicating services or relying on manual add-ons and policy text to explain price differences.
