Customer Support Number
There have been many instances where an issue arises and it takes 15-20 minutes before a human jumps into the chat after the bot gives me the steps to try and fix it on my own. Because it is a chat there are times where what they are asking you does not make sense and for them to go into further detail then it takes a longer response time, following pictures etc. when a phone call would be faster for step by step insturctions.
