  1. Using Square as a previous POS system, there was an option to send a 1 time/daily/weekly, etc. e mail campaign to clients letting them know about anything from holiday hours to newsletters to vacation days of a certain stylist, pricing changes etc. Should have an option to send from boulevard as well with client e mails being attached.

  3. There should be a full report of what was in the register from start of day to end of day - image attached from old system. If the register was short it stays short and we know when that happened in one report without having to search. Shows all of the day's transactions in one place/report.

  4. This is CRUCIAL for large operations that have multiple clients with the same first and last names.

    Scenario:

    John Smith_1 at Location 1, 18 visits

    John Smith_2 at Location 2, 25 visits, location 1 4 visits

    John Smith_3 at Location 2, 30 visits

    At current, all of these clients would be John Smith, which could cause A LOT of problems in booking phone appointments. If the clients are self booking it shouldn't be an issue.

    I think what should be done is that clients that have identical names have auto label as follows in this scenario:
    John Smith1 would

  5. Hey guys, we've noticed that whenever people are booking online that they're not reading the sentences that says "your card will not be charged", is there anyway we can add an alert box that says the same thing. just because A LOT of clients are coming in thinking they already paid. I understand it says it right there, but just a suggestion.

  6. When someones booked for a service sometimes we need to add more to that appointment, so if there was a tab that popped up it would be so much easier rather than trying to click that sliver of space.

  10. We'd love to see bank deposits match the total daily sales amounts. We'd be ok with slightly delaying the transfer time if it meant that the deposited amounts (as seen in the Transfers section in Boulevard) matched daily sales totals. Thank you!

  11. It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.

  16. It would be helpful for all staff to see customized pricing for the service when scheduling services from the dashboard. When selecting a service and then service provider, pricing should be on the appointment card directly to help in providing transparency to customers.

  17. Need the ability to control the window for online cancellations by clients - 24 hours is much too far in advance for a barbershop environment, we would like clients to be able to cancel their own appointments up to 3 hours prior to appointment.

  19. We receive all the information via email for cancellations but when we receive a text, the date of the actual appointment being cancelled is missing. So then they have to log in and figure out who cancelled. Can you please add the date so our stylists can fill their day?

  20. I would love an option when sending out weekly reports to service providers, to filter out orders with multiple providers. I.E., when I currently send out reports for service provider Megan, it also includes totals from orders where the client had services from Megan and other stylists.
