Chronological report under service commission
Please update the Service Commission report so that summaries are pulled based on the time of check out / time of payment. This will ensure the report is displayed in true chronological order, reflecting when transactions are actually completed.

Immediate deposit retrieval options
Instead of having to go to the client's profile to add a deposit or "credit", an option to take it while booking the appointment should populate. It seems like a lot of steps to fully book the appointment and then have to go to their profile to take a deposit for said appointment. Not streamlined and takes too much time

gift card discounts
Id like the option to discount/ create a no charge for gift cards. I donate gift cards for fundraising/ marketing opportunities and i either have to create a product that cannot be tracked or i have to make a gift card and then keep the sale open. I want to be able to assign a gift card with value and then be able to discount the cost so i can track my donation/ fundraising.

ePrescribe - prescriber direct access to queue instead of via a single client's profile
Currently, prescribers access their queue by clicking into a client profile > Clinical tab to enter the scriptsure experience. This is not intuitive if they are looking for the larger list view to manage approvals. it feels like a "workaround" since you have to navigate to a random client's profile first. it would be great to have a page in boulevard or button that takes the prescriber directly to queue.

Not accepting new client but you are the only provider for certain service
I would like to suggest that service providers who do not want to accept new clients may still need to accept certain services if they are the only provider offering those services.

We should have an option for Package agreements
Hello Boulevard Team,
I’d like to submit a feature request related to package purchases and agreements.
I know Boulevard already allows agreements to be assigned to memberships, which is extremely helpful. We would love to see similar functionality extended to packages and series purchases as well.
Our business sells high-value aesthetic treatment packages where clients receive discounted pricing in exchange for purchasing multiple sessions in advance. Because of this, we need clients to review and sign package-specific purchase agreements and financial policies at the time of checkout.

Drip Membership
I’d like the ability to create a drip-style membership program where clients automatically receive different vouchers, perks, or rewards on specific months of their membership. For example, one month might include a voucher for service A, while another month could include a voucher for service B. The goal is to have these benefits distributed automatically based on a set schedule, rather than all at once.

For quick blasts to patients on the fly, the ability to send a mass text to more than one patient at a time. For instance, we get a few cancellations we can send a "first come first serve" text to patients who are on the waitlist all at once instead of individually.

Forms - Ability to reinstate a half finished forms
The ability for the front desk to reinstate a half completed form for the patient to complete, this, instead of starting over Even though we our forms with required fields somehow the clients can hit submit and marks it completed. This is frustrating to both client and front desk.

For discount reasons, can we add the percentage amount to the discount reason that we create? Less steps for each transaction make a big difference since we cannot change the amounts and have to type in 15% and 100%

Would like to easily view email usage as a whole in the platform. Although marketing email usage can be tracked, it would be helpful to see total email usage per month including appointment and transaction related emails

product commission
Customization for a specific commission % on a specific product is needed. I would like the ability to set product ABC at 10% commission, but product XYZ at 15% commission for example.

Membership Vouchers
It would be great to have more flexibility with vouchers for memberships. For example, if a client gets 1 Classic Facial every month as one of their membership perks, but they want to upgrade to a Hydrafacial, we should be able to book the HF and still apply the classic facial voucher to the service. So that way, whatever the balance is, that is all they would pay for. Finding a work around for this has been challenging and very time consuming.
Additionally, it would be nice to offer a perk that is only good once, instead of monthly. For…2 votes
