  1. A direct integration with Go High Level for marketing, funnels, and automations in general. Currently have a custom API and it is still extremely messy and essentially not usable.

  4. If a client has a failed payment the business needs to receive an email and be able to pull a report of all the past due bills and payments. Crazy this is not a built in feature.

  5. A lot of my patients have been asking me for a subscribe form to subscribe to our marketing. This would also be helpful when I go to events to have people fill out their info and check yes for subscribing to emails and sms.We need to be able to embed a marketing submission form that I can put on my website where if a client fills it out, it saves their information to boulevard so they can subscribe to our marketing.

  6. It would be extremely helpful if, based on a client's age, we could set special parameters for them. And when that client turns 18, the system (using the Date of Birth in their profile) can automatically turn those parameters off.
    Implementation: When creating a form or chart, a toggle switch for "Underage Version", that allows you to change wording to parent/guardian signature and such, and maybe an option that forces the signature to be handwritten (thus allowing the business the verify if it looks like the parent actually signed and not the underage client).   7. a report I can pull with appointments that were assigned to 1 person for a particular day, even if they were later cancelled or moved to another provider? We are trying to find the impacts of a particular provider with excessive absences.

  11. It would be great to have the price of a base service available, along with add on options/pricing BEFORE selecting a provider. It is very frustrating to not know that information. We have had potentially new clients call, while looking at the booking screen, concerned that if they select a provider they are locked in to booking without knowing the price.

  13. I’d love to see Boulevard introduce more flexible, Podium-style review flow settings—specifically the ability to direct clients straight to Google without internal screening.

    Right now, the current workflow adds friction at a critical moment:

    Clients are first asked to complete an internal survey
    Then must find and click a small “Leave a Google Review” button
    Then repeat the process again on Google

    This multi-step experience significantly reduces conversion. Even highly satisfied clients drop off.

    From a modern reputation management perspective, the goal should be frictionless, one-tap review generation at peak satisfaction—not added steps.

  15. Salon services can include variables that may increase prices of individual services. It would be easier to manage clients' expectations if an optional plus sign could be added to the end of custom price settings, to signal a potential increase in the cost of services.
